Ingredients 材料 :
200g roasted mung bean flour (綠豆粉)
100g plain flour (普通面粉)
80g icing sugar (糖粉)
60g vegetable shortening (白油)
1 tbsp corn oil(玉米油)
100g roasted almond nibs (烘香杏仁粒)
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20-25 minuets.
放入預热烤箱以160°C烤20-25分钟。

Ingredients
Egg -2
All Purpose Flour -7tbsp
Ghee/oil/butter -2tbsp
Salt-one pinch
Sugar- 4-5 tbsp
Pineapple Essence or vannila -1tsp
Colour -opt
Baking Powder-1/2tsp
Method
Preheat kadai or oven for 10 minutes .
Mix maida and baking powder together .
In a jar add egg ,sugar,salt ,essence ,colour and butter .Griind well .
To that add maida and mix evenly .
Now pour the batter into a piping bag,cut the tip and squeeze small drops in to the baking sheet and bake at 120 degree for 20-25 minutes . Or bake until done..
So the tasty yummy egg biscuit is ready to serve ..
