If you have 1 potato and 2 eggs at home, make this quick potato omelet recipe for breakfast. This is a super easy and delicious potato omelet recipe, hope you like and make this potato egg recipe.
Ingredients and recipe:
Chop 1 potato
Pour some olive oil in a pan
Place the potato slices in the pan
Fry for 3 minutes on medium-heat
Crack 2 eggs in a bowl
Salt and black pepper
Chop 2 green onion
Add to the bowl with the eggs
Mix well
Pour into the pan
Sprinkle 50g shredded cheese on top
Fry for 3-5 minutes on medium heat
Done!
