8 Graham crackers
2 md Bananas; thinly sliced
16 Marshmallows; snipped in
Half horizontally with Kitchen shears 1/4 c Semisweet chocolate chips
; optional Place 4 graham crackers in single layer on baking sheet. Cover crackers with 1/2 banana slices. Space 8 marshmallow halves evenly over each cracker. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top (if using). Arrange remaining banana slices over marshmallows, dividing evenly. Cover each with graham cracker to make sandwich. Cover S'Mores with tent of foil. Bake on center oven rack at 400 degrees until marshmallows just start to ooze, about 10 minutes. Serve warm. Each serving, without chocolate chips, contains about: 253 calories; 202 mg cholesterol; 3 grams fat; 57 grams carbohydrates; 3 grams protein;

Ingredients:
Banana
Crushed graham crackers
Chocolate chips
Marshmallows
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Slice the banana in half (with the peel still on).
3. Throw the ingredients inside the banana.
4. Wrap it tightly with tin foil.
5. Pop it in your oven at 350 for ten minutes, cool and enjoy!

This recipe is easily double, tripled, or quadrupled depending on how many you're serving!
DIRECTIONS
1. Slice banana into 12, 1/2 pieces.
2. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Assemble bites: Place 6 banana slices on baking sheet and top with a large dollop of Marshmallow Fluff and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs. Top with remaining bananas to make a sandwich. Stabilize with a toothpick if desired. Freeze until firm, 1 hour.
4. Once sandwiches are frozen solid, dunk half in melted chocolate, and then into remaining graham cracker crumbs. Place back in freezer until fully set, 30 minutes more (or until ready to serve).

A healthy take on campfire s’mores, try this simple recipe for a sweet snack. If you’re at the end of your camping trip, you can still use slightly ripe bananas for this recipe. The riper the banana, the better.
Bananas are particularly high in Vitamin B, potassium, manganese and Vitamin C, all necessary daily nutrients. If you are backpacking, bananas are particularly known to help endurance performances and replenish the body with nutrients quickly, making them the perfect camping snack choice.
Ingredients
1 banana
2 tablespoons miniature marshmallows
2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons peanut butter chips
2 tablespoons Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ cereal, slightly crushed
Banana S'mores
Instructions
1. Preheat grill to medium high heat or prepare camp fire
2. Slice banana lengthwise and slightly open. Place on a rectangle of aluminum foil.
3. Insert marshmallows, chocolate chips and banana chips into the sliced banana.
4. Wrap banana up in foil and cook on the grill for 5-6 minutes or bake at 400°F for 5-6 minutes and broil until marshmallows are lightly toasted or place in campfire for 3-4 minutes.
5. Unwrap banana and top with cereal. After melt has slightly cooled eat with a spoon.

Lesson 2: Wood Fired Banana Chocolate S'mores Style!
Recipe Servings: 12
What You Need:
◼ 3 BANNANAS
◼ 1/4 CUP OF MELTING CHOCOLATE DISKS
◼ 12 LARGE MARSHMELLOWS
◼ 12 GRAM CRACKERS
Chief Tip:
When a Banana has brown spots this does not mean that the Banana is fully ripped and is not good. These spots are called Sugar spots and this is where the Banana is the sweetest and is the healthiest for you.
Procedure:
◼ Slice the Bananas with the skin on through the middle.
◼ Open the Banana and insert the chocolate disks inside then wrap each Banana individually with foil paper.
◼ Place the Bananas on top of the hot coals in your wood fired pizza oven.
◼ Let them cook for 2 minutes.
◼ Toast your Marshmallows in meanwhile using long skewers over the coals in your ilFornino outdoor pizza oven.
◼ Split your Gram crackers into two equal parts.
◼ Scoop the chocolate-banana and place it on top of your cracker. Add a marshmallow then place the other part of the cracker on top and your Banana Chocolate S'mores are ready to serve.
