How To make Chewy S'Mores Brownies
-basic box preparation 1 pk Duncan hines fudge brownie m
1/3 c Water
1/3 c Crisco vegetable oil
1 Egg; -see note
3/4 c Chopped nuts; optional
-additional ingredients 2 c Miniature marshmallows
9 Graham crackers
6 oz Milk chocolate chips; or
Semisweet chocolate chips
bake 1 package Duncan Hine's Fudge brownie mix as according to pkg directions: directions follow Note: For chewy brownies: add 1 egg. For cake-like brownies: add 2 eggs. Prepare: Preheat oven to 350'. GREASE bottom only of 9 x 13-inch, 9 x 9- in or 8 x 8-inch pan. Make batter: Combine Brownie mix, water, oil, eggs and chopped nuts if desired. Stir with spoon in large bowl until well blended (about 50 strokes Spread into greased pan. Bake in center of oven: For 9 x 13-inch, bake 25-28 minutes. For 9 x 9- inc bake 35-38 minutes. For 8 x 8-inch, bake for 35-38 minutes. Avoid overbaking. Immediately on removing from oven sprinkle 2 cups minatur marshmallows and 6 ounce of chocolate chips over warm brownie surface and return to oven for about two minutes to melt. Arrange graham crackers on top of the hot marshmallows and press down lightly. Cool completely and cut into servings along the graham cracker indentions. High Altitude, over 3500 feet- Basic Box preparation: Stir 2 Tablespoons flour into dry mix. Mix as directed using 1/4 cup oil, 1/3 cup water and 1 egg. Bake at 350' in a metal or glass pan; 27-30 minutes for 9 x 13 or 38-4 minutes for 9 x 9 pan. Preceed as directed for the smores. Cool completly before cutting for neater squares. S'MORES BROWNIE
S mores is a popular campfire treat. A toasted Marshmallows, squeezed with Graham Crackers and top with Chocolate.
This Smores Brownie is an easy recipe, with my Chewy Brownie Recipe. Marshmallows are cut into halves since they big in size. Marshmallows are browned by baking in a broil setting, but if you have a torch then burnt the Marshmallows a bit. Then drizzled it with melted Chocolate.

How to Make S'mores Brownies
S'mores brownies are topped with gooey marshmallows, broken up pieces of graham crackers, and chunks of chocolate. This recipe is very easy since you can use a boxed brownie mix to make these. Kids can also help prepare the toppings for these s'mores brownies. Feel free to add more or less marshmallows, graham crackers, or chocolate chunks. No need for a campfire when you have these s'mores brownies!
Ingredients
1 box of brownie mix (or make homemade brownies)
2 cups marshmallows
1 sleeve of regular graham crackers
2 regular sized Hershey bars
Directions
1. In a large bowl, prepare the brownie mix. You can use a box brownie mix or make brownies from scratch. Follow the directions on the box mix or use the ingredients called for in your homemade recipe. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking pan. Bake the brownies in the oven following the directions on the boxed mix or from the recipe you are using. Only bake the brownies half the time that is listed in the directions.
2. While the brownies are baking, prep the topping ingredients so it's ready to add quickly to the brownies. You can use miniature or large marshmallows depending on what you have or can find in stores. Break apart one sleeve of graham crackers into small pieces and break apart a chocolate bar. I used two regular sized Hershey chocolate bars, but feel free to add more or less of these ingredients to the brownies.
3. Add all the toppings to the brownies quickly so the brownies do not cool off. Use a spatula and make sure the entire top of the brownies are covered with the toppings. Place the brownie pan back in the oven and continue baking the brownies for the remaining baking time. Let cool for around 10-15 minutes before eating.

RECIPE & INGREDIENTS -
S’MORE BROWNIES
Graham Cracker Crust:
•7 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
•1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (8 or 9 whole graham crackers)
•2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1/2 tsp of salt
Brownie Layer:
-Box of brownies/any brownie recipe. (I used the Pillsbury brand)
* add about 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips to the brownie batter.
Marshmallow Layer:
• mini marshmallows
Top of Marshmallows:
•chocolate ganache to drizzle on top
•graham cracker crumbs to sprinkle over the brownies
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line 8x8-inch pan with foil so it hangs over the edges a bit. Spray both the pan and the aluminum foil with nonstick spray. (You can use 9x9-inch pan, but baking time might need slight decrease and your end result will be a thinner brownie).
2. Prepare the graham cracker crust: In a medium bowl, mix the crumbs, sugar, and salt together. Then add in the melted butter and mix until well combined. Press crumb mixture into the bottom of the pan. Bake until golden/brown for 15 to 20 minutes.
3. Prepare the brownie mix and add the mini chocolate chips.
4. Pour batter over the baked crust. Bake until top is set and toothpick inserted into the middle comes out mostly clean, 35 to 40 minutes (you don't want to overbake the brownie- a little gooey inside is good).
5. Remove pan from oven. Turn up heat on the oven to broil. Add the layer of mini marshmallows over the brownies.
6. Place your pan of brownies back into the oven (they should be 6 to 8 inches away from the heating element). Toast under the broiler until golden brown- KEEP AN EYE ON IT- it can go from golden to burned in a matter of seconds. 1 to 2 minutes under the broiler should be more than enough.
7. Cool for a few minutes, then use foil to remove brownies from the pan and set on a cutting board. Carefully pull the sides of the foil away from the marshmallows and brownies.
*Then drizzle the chocolate ganache and sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs over the brownies.
Cut the brownies into 12 squares.
**Helpful tip: Use a large, WET & SHARP KNIFE to cut the brownies. Slice through the brownie, then clean the knife and slice through again with a clean, wet knife. Keep cleaning off the knife after each cut for the cleanest cuts.
•Store in Tupperware to keep the brownies extra moist and so the marshmallows stay gooey.
