Super Moist Chocolate Banana Cake with Ganache Frosting
???? Ingredients To Make Chocolate Banana Cake:
Enough amount for 2 1.5 Quart Pans
[Bottom: 4inch (10.1cm) ✖︎ 7 inch (17.8cm), Top: 5inch (12.7cm) ✖︎ 8inch (20.3cm)]
* Coat butter thinly.
[Cake]
• Banana (Ripe): 400g | 14.1oz (about 4 medium bananas)
• Egg: 200g | 7oz (about 4 medium-large eggs)
• Oil: 200g | 7oz (1 US cup)
• Vanilla extract: 2 tsp
• Granulated sugar: 400g | 14.1oz (2 US cups)
• Salt: 1 tsp
• All-purpose flour: 300g | 10.6oz (2 1/3 US cups)
• Cocoa powder: 100g | 3.5oz (2/3 + 1/6 US cups)
• Baking powder: 1 Tbsp
• Baking soda: 1 Tbsp
• Hot water: 400g | 14.1oz (1 2/3 US cups)
????Bake at 365F | 185C for about 40 minutes until the center is cooked through
* The time & temperature may vary depending on the oven.
[Ganache frosting] Enough for 2 loafs
• Dark chocolate (I used 58% Couverture chocolate today): 400g | 14.1oz
• Heavy Cream: 400g | 14.1oz
• Honey: About 1 Tbsp
• Toasted walnut: Some (Optional)

Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread is sweet, thick, fluffy, and, dare I say, moist. ????This recipe is my absolute favourite! Now there might be a lot of banana bread recipes out there, still, this one is exclusive and one of the best loaves I have ever made using super nutritious and healthy chickpea flour.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened
6 tsp castor sugar
1+1/2 cup mashed bananas
3/4 cup milk
2 cups chickpea flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 cup crushed walnuts
1/2 cup chocolate chunks
Method
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C. Line a 9” X 4” loaf pan with parchment paper
2. In a bowl mix butter and sugar, until the mixture is fluffy.
3. Add in the mashed bananas and milk to it and mix it well.
4. Now sift in the chickpea flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon powder.
5. Make sure you do not over mix.
6. Fold in the crushed walnuts and chocolate chunks. The batter will be thick.
7. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake at 180C for 40-50 minutes.

Ingredients:-
120ml Milk
¼ tsp. Lime Juice
3 Medium Sized Bananas
100 gms. Melted Butter
½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
250 gms. Refined Flour
30 gms. Cocoa Powder
200 gms. Caster Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Powder
¼ tsp. Baking Soda
50gms. Chocolate Chunks
25gms. Chopped Walnuts
Dark Chocolate Chips
Method:-
Add lime juice to milk and keep aside for 10 minutes. In a bowl mash the bananas with a fork and add metled butter, vanilla extract and milk and lime juice mixture. Mix all of it well and keep aside.
In a separate bowl, add refined flour, cocoa powder, caster sugar, baking powder and baking soda & mix it well.
Once mixed properly add these dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in 2 batches. Use the cut and fold method to mix the two. Then add chocolate chunks and walnuts.
Once mixed properly, transfer the batter to a 9-inch loaf pan greased with butter and with a parchment paper at the bottom. Garnish with dark chocolate chips.
Bake this in a preheated oven at 180°C for 60 minutes.
Once the cake has cooled down to room temperature loosen the sides with a knife and take it out of the tin and remove the parchment paper. Slice the bread with a knife and serve the bread with tea or coffee.

Delicious Moist and Chewy Banana Bread Recipe
There's banana and then there's THE banana bread. This recipe makes the most chewy and moist bread that it's almost like cake. The addition of turbinado sugar to the pan creates a crunchy caramel like crust that is irresistible. Turn this bread into a dessert by simply adding toppings such as vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, candied walnuts and a pinch of sea salt!
Dry Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup white sugar
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup turbinado sugar
Wet Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
2 eggs, room temperature
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. To a large mixing bowl add, 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 2/3 cups white sugar, 3/4 tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp cinnamon
3. Combine and set aside
4. To another mixing bowl, add 3 very ripe bananas and mash well with a fork (consistency almost like a paste with small lumps)
5. Add 5 tablespoons softened and unsalted butter and 2 room temperature eggs
6. Combine with a fork, mashing up the butter as you go
7. Combine wet and dry ingredients together and mix well with a spatula
8. To a greased loaf pan, pat turbinado sugar on all sides liberally
9. Pour batter into pan
10. Shake to distribute evenly and pat on counter to remove any air bubbles
11. Bake for 40-50 min (test with a toothpick around 40 min and if comes out cleanly, remove)
12. Let cool on a wire rack
