Today we decided to drop another random recipe video. We are showing how to make a banana bundt cake so go put on your apron and come cook with me.

CAKE
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 sticks butter
1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup banana puree (approx 4 bananas)
1 cup sour cream
GLAZE
4 Tbl butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbl milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 chopped walnuts or pecans

Ingredients
5 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 guinness stout or dragon stout
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp shortening
1 tbsp vanilla
2 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp strawberry jam
1 packet yeast

바나나 우유를 반죽과 크림에 모두 넣어 바나나 커스터드 호빵을 만들었어요~
한입 먹으면 바나나 향이 기분을 좋게 해주고 쫀득한 빵피와 촉촉한 커스터드 크림이 정말 맛있게 어우러지더라구요~
1차 발효를 하지 않고 만들어야 빵 표면이 더 매끈하게 나오는 것 같아요~
발효가 너무 많이 되면 기포가 많이 생겨 거친 느낌이 난답니다~
안에 커스터드 크림을 더 풍성하게 넣으시려면 커스터드 양을 1.5배 정도 늘려 만들어 사용하시면 좋을 것 같아요~
찜기에 찔때 뚜껑에 면보 등의 천을 감싸 물기가 떨어지지 않게 해야 표면이 쭈글해지지 않아요~

▶약 8개 분량
▶재료
달걀노른자 2개
설탕 20g
옥수수전분 12g
뜨거운 바나나우유 200g
박력분 130g
강력분 70g
베이킹파우더 3g
설탕 10g
소금 3g
드라이 이스트 3g
바나나 우유 130g
무염버터 10g
▶레시피
1. 달걀노른자에 설탕을 넣고 섞고 옥수수전분을 넣고 섞은 뒤 뜨거운 바나나 우유를 부으며 섞는다.
2. 약불에 올려 저으며 걸쭉해질 때까지 끓인 뒤 5.5cm 실리콘 반구 몰드에 넣고 냉동실에 굳힌다.
3. 반죽기에 박력분, 강력분, 베이킹파우더를 넣고 3개의 홈을 만든 뒤 각각의 홈에 설탕, 소금, 드라이 이스트를 넣고 밀가루와 먼저 섞고 전체적으로 섞는다.
4. 바나나 우유를 넣고 반죽하다가 무염버터를 넣고 매끄러워질 때까지 약 15분 정도 반죽한다.
5. 반죽을 8개로 나누고 동그랗게 모양을 잡아 랩을 덮어 실온에서 15분 정도 휴지 시킨다.
6. 반죽을 밀어 펴고 가운데 굳힌 커스터드 크림을 올려 반죽으로 감싼 뒤 동그랗게 모양을 만들어 유산지 위에 올린다.
7. 찜기에 반죽을 넣고 50도 정도의 따뜻한 물이 담긴 냄비 위에 올리고 뚜껑을 덮어 약 30분 정도 발효한다.
8. 물이 끓는 냄비 위에 올려 뚜껑을 덮고 약 15분 정도 찐다.

3g Baking powder
10g Sugar
3g Salt
3g Dry yeast

In this video we are going to make banana poori . It is a healthy and hidden nutrients rich food. Banana is rich in carbs,fiber contentn and protein. Consuming any kind of bananas make us feel fill for longer time. Its a cholesterol free fruit which is easily available in all stores. Its a good source of banana recipe for parents whose Kids are avoiding bananas. This is a favourite recipe for my daughter.
I do prepare this recipe frequently for my daughter because she wasn't like having bananas. So I started making poori with banana like how i prepared in the video.
Ingredients:
Banana - 1/2
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1/4 tbsp
Cinnamon powder - a pinch ( optional)
Water - 1/4 cup
oil to fry
Serve with any of your favourite spicy chutney.There are lots of chutney recipes i have been uploaded earlier. Check out and make use of it.
