Chicken Cheese Dinner Rolls
250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
1 tsp instant dry yeast +1 tbsp sugar
125ml (1/2 cup) warm milk
1 large egg, whisked. (take 1 tbsp for glazing)
3 tbsp (42g) unsalted butter/margarine +1 tsp salt
The filling: 2 tbsp oil, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 stalk green onion, 1 cup shredded cooked chicken, 1 tsp plain flour, 1 cup milk, seasoning (salt, pepper, chili flakes, parsley, turmeric, to taste).
1 cup or more of shredded cheese.
Indonesian:
Roti keju ayam
Tepung serba guna 250 g (2 gelas)
1 sdt ragi kering + 1 sdm gula pasir
Susu hangat 125ml (1/2 gelas)
1 butir telur besar, dikocok. (ambil 1 sdm untuk olesan)
3 sdm mentega tawar, cairkan.
1 sdt garam
Isi: 2 sdm minyak, 1 bawang, 1 wortel, 1 tangkai bawang hijau, 1 cangkir ayam suwir, 1 sdt tepung terigu, 1 gelas susu, bumbu (garam, merica, serpih cabai, peterseli, kunyit, secukupnya).
1 cangkir atau lebih keju parut.

Hühnchen-Käse-Brot
250 g (2 Tassen) Weizenmehl
1 TL Trockenhefe + 1 EL Zucker
125 ml (1/2 Tasse) warme Milch
1 großes Ei, geschlagen. (nehmen Sie 1 EL für die Verglasung)

Ingredients
1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimentos
6 ounces room temperature cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Generous 1/4 teaspoon of Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
2 cups freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese separated
Instructions
Drain the diced pimento peppers and set them aside. Add the room temperature cream cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, garlic powder, salt, and onion powder to a large mixing bowl and use a handheld mixer on medium-high speed to combine.
Fold the Cheddar and pimentos into the cream cheese mixture.
Once the Cheddar is evenly distributed, serve right away or keep refrigerated for up to five days.
