1/4 c Finely chopped almonds
1/2 c Butter
1 t Tarragon vinegar
20 oz Frozen asparagus spears,
-cooked and drained 1. In a small, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl, place almonds and butter.
2. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 1 1/2 minutes or until nuts are
lightly browned. 3. Stir in vinegar.
4. Pour sauce over hot or cooled asparagus.

Asparagus Almondine
These guys are terrific! They are my new favourite healthy veggies. Asparagus itself already very beautiful. And by adding some simple ingredients, bring them to another level! Making in no time, simple ingredients, elegant, healthy and absolutely delish!
Recipe:
• A bunch of Asparagus, washed
• ½ TBS salted butter
• 1-2 TBS almond slice
• Salt & Pepper, as needed
Steps:
1.In the pan, over medium high heat. Add the butter and still until melt. Then throw the almond slice. Sautee until golden brown. Set aside.
2. In the same pan, add the asparagus. Sautee until they blistered, then add salt & pepper. Transferred to the plate. Sprinkle with cooked almond. Bon appetite!
