How To make Arizona Chicken
2 chicken breasts; skinned and
- boned 1 dijon mustard (Gulden's also
- works) 1 butter
1/2 prepared salsa
2 lime juice (this makes the
-recipe) 1/4 chopped fresh cilantro
-(optional... sometimes forget)
Pound each breast between sheets of plastic wrap to a uniform thickness of 1/2 inch. Spread with mustard. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 3-4 minutes on each side. Stir salsa and lime juice together and add to skillet. Simmer gently, uncovered, until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened, about 6-8 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with rice or noodles.

ARIZONA FULL CHICKEN
1st MARINATION:-
Full chicken
Lemon juice
Salt to taste
First make deep cuts on chicken then marinate the chicken with salt & lemon juice keep it aside for 1 hr to marinate.
2nd marination:-
Green chutney 1/2 tbsp
Green chili to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Green color a pinch
Cashew powder 1/2 tsp
Hung curd 1 tbsp
In a bowl Mix all the above ingredients and then apply on marinated chicken and keep it aside for 3-4 hr to further marinate
After 3-4 hr steam the chicken then remove it from steam and roast it on direct flame. While roasting brush it with butter so as to get a glow.
For sauce :-
Curd 1/4 cup
Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Tomato chill sauce 2 tbsp
Lemon juice half
Salt to taste
Orange red color a pinch
Butter 1 tbsp
Garlic 4-5
Kasuri methi 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves few
Malai 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves as per requirement
In a bowl add curd, tandoori masala, red chili powder, tomato chili sauce, lemon juice, salt, a pinch of orange red color
Mix it well
In a pan add butter ,chopped garlic ,kasuri methi , curry leaves and sauté when garlic turns slightly brown add the bowl mixture and cook for 2 min lastly Add malai on top and coriander Leaves switch off the gas.
How to workout:-
In a serving plate make a bed of sauce then place the chicken on bed of the sauce and garnish with coriander Leaves, french fries, boiled egg and serve hot .

Ingredients for Steak:
Boneless Chicken (Chest Pieces): 1
Salt: 1/2 tsp
White Pepper: 1/2 tsp
Mustard Powder: 1/2 tsp
Garlic Paste: 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce: 1 tbsp
Maida Flour for Coating: 2 tbsp
Oil for marination): 1 tbsp
Oil (for frying): as required
Ingredients for Butter Sauce:
Butter: 2 tbsp
Chopped Coriander or Parsley: 1 tsp
Garlic Paste: 1/4 tsp
White Pepper: 1/4 tsp
Method
Add salt, white pepper, garlic paste, mustard paste, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and oil to chicken.
Mix well and store in refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator and coat in maida flour well.
Heat oil in pan on low flame.
Fry steak.
Once fried from one side, change the side and fry well.
Tasty Arizona Chicken Steak Recipe is ready.
Pour butter sauce and serve with tomato ketchup.
Method for Butter Sauce:
Add butter to pan.
Add white pepper, garlic paste and coriander and mix well.
Cook at low flame.
Once butter is melted, butter sauce is ready.
