4 Bananas -- ripe 1 Cup Sugar 1/2 Cup Applesauce 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract 2 Eggs 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder 1 Teaspoon Salt 2 c Flour Preheat oven to 350 F. Place bananas in a large bowl and mash with electric mixer. Stir in sugar and let stand for 15 minutes. Add applesauce and eggs and beat well. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into 9"x5" loaf pan coated with nonstick vegetable spray. Bake for 45 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean. I really have a thing with cinnamon apple and cinnamon banana combos at the moment! ❤️ Maybe it’s because it’s Autumn ???? So I thought why not combined all these flavours in an amazingly moist loaf! ????
It’s super easy to make and it tastes absolutely incredible ????

All you need is????
For the cake: 225g unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled 150g granulated sugar 50g light brown sugar 2 large eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract 250g plain flour 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1/4 tsp salt 4 Medium bananas, ripe, mashed
For the apple mix: 2 medium Granny Smith apples (peeled and diced) 2 tbsp granulated sugar 1 tsp cinnamon
Bake 160C (fan) 55-65 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean
Tin size: 8.5x5” 3lbs
