INGREDIENTS:
1 apple
1 egg
Milk 3/4 cup
Mix well
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Vanilla 1 tsp
Mix well
Grease the pan
Cook for 2 -3 mins or until dry
Cook for 30 sec
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Serve these apple pancakes dusted with icing sugar, or try with honey or maple syrup. Not a cinnamon fan? Omit the cinnamon if desired and add a teaspoon of vanilla extract instead. A touch of nutmeg or mixed spice would also work a treat.

• 1½ cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1¼ cup milk or buttermilk
• 2 large eggs
• 1/4 cup applesauce
• 1/2 cup shredded granny smith apple
✅Instructions
00:00:12 - Peel and shred apples
1️⃣ 00:00:22 - In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2️⃣ 00:00:46 - Whisk in milk, eggs, and applesauce just until combined. Stir in shredded apple.
3️⃣ 00:01:14 - Preheat a flat griddle over medium-high heat.
4️⃣ 00:01:19 - Scoop 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto griddle. Let pancakes cook until bubbles form before flipping.
5️⃣ Cook other side until golden brown. Serve hot with syrup.

Healthy apple pancakes in 15 minutes are a breeze to make. The great thing about anything homemade is that you know precisely what is going into them. These juicy apple pancakes involve a few simple ingredients such as apples, eggs, flour, corn starch, and a few other ingredients.
I serve them up for breakfast at least twice and month and the entire family loves them. Made with granny smith apples, they have that bit of tartiness to them that I enjoy so much. You can use other types of apples as well that are just as nice and just as healthy.
The only other thing you might want to add to them is a bit of cinnamon. Watch the video, give them a try, and let us know what you think.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1 tbsp of baking powder
2 tbsp of white granulated sugar
pinch of salt
1 egg
1 cup of milk
1 medium size Granny Smith apple, grated
Method:
Add the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt to a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
Place in the egg, milk, and apple. Whisk once again until a batter forms.
Heat a pan to medium heat and add in the butter.
Scoop about 1 cup of the mixture in and fry until golden brown on one side.
Flip and cook on the other side until golden brown.
Place, top with syrup and butter.
Serve and enjoy your healthy apple pancakes.
