How To make Amy Oh's Very Best Cookies
1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Unsalted butter; softened
3/4 c Firmly packed light brown
-sugar 1/2 c Granulated sugar
1 lg Egg
1 ts Vanilla
3 c Old-fashioned rolled oats
1 c Golden raisins
1 c Semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. In a bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl with an electric mixer beat together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy and beat in egg and vanilla until combined well. Gradually beat in flour mixture and oats until combined well. Stir in raisins and chocolate chips. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets and bake in middle of oven until golden, about 11 minutes. With a spatula transfer cookies to racks to cool. 100 COOKIES RECIPE
Ingredients
5 cups self-rising flour
500 grams butter (softened)
1 cup caster sugar
1 tin condensed milk
Flavourings of choice e.g., Milo, 100s &100s, choc chips, m&m’s, sultanas, Nutella, jam etc.
METHOD
Pre heat oven to 180*c
Cream butter and sugar
Add condensed milk and flour
Mix until all combined
Separate mixture into 4-6 lots and add flavourings of choice
Mix well until combined
Shape into balls and place on tray with baking paper.
Cook until golden brown

Here's the cookie recipe:
4oz room temp butter
Half cup packed brown sugar
Half cup white sugar
One egg
One egg yolk
One tsp vanilla
6oz all purpose flour
Half tsp baking soda
Half tsp baking soda
Half tsp kosher salt
One cup chocolate chips
Half cup chopped pecans (can sub any nut)
Flake salt
Cream butter and sugar 5 minutes until light and fluffy. Bowl scrape halfway through.
On medium speed, add one egg at a time, bowl scrape in between each one. Add vanilla. Beat on high 2 minutes.
Add flour, blend on medium high for 45 seconds to one minute. Bowl scrape and add chocolate chips and nuts. Mix by hand with spatula until combined.
Scoop heaping table spoons 3 inches apart, bake at 350 for 15 to 18 minutes. Depending on the type of oven you have, times may vary.
This recipe is great because the base recipe stays the same, but mix-ins can be interchangeable.
