Grease a pan (Chris used a medium vision pot sprayed lightly with Pam - I used a 9" square glass pyrex pan) and put in oven to preheat. 1-1/2 Cups Of Cornmeal 1/2 Cup Of All-Purpose Flour 1 to 1-1/4 Cup Of White Sugar 1 Tsp Of Baking Powder 1 Tsp of Salt
Combine liquid ingredients
In a big bowl combine
1 Cup Of Buttermilk 2 Battered Eggs 1 Stick Of Melted Butter 1/3 Cup Of Vegetable Oil 3 Tbs Of Honey
Stir in until well blended
Mix the dry and wet ingredients together
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Allow the oven to heat up for 10 minutes before adding the cornbread batter
Bake until it is dry fork done(being able to stick the toothpick through the cornbread without anything coming off.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes depending on your oven. Insert a toothpick in the middle at the 40 minute mark and it’s done if it comes out clean!
