We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

In this episode of In The Kitchen With Matt, I will show you how to make corn fritters at home. This easy homemade corn fritter recipe comes together quickly and you will be eating corn fritters in less than 30 minutes. All you need are a handful of easy to find ingredients, which you may already have at home. It is a great way to use that canned corn you have sitting in your pantry or food storage. Serve them with maple syrup, as a side dish for dinner, or eat them plain as a snack. If I can do it, you can do it. Let's get started!

Corn Fritters | Jacques Pépin Cooking At Home | KQED
The secret to Jacques Pépin's corn fritters? Sparkling water! Although Jacques uses corn in this fritter recipe, you can substitute a variety of ingredients that you may already have on hand - apples, vegetables, or even meat leftovers.
Helpful frying tip: use a wire rack instead of a paper towel when taking your fritter out of the pan. This will ensure that the bottom doesn't become soggy.
What you'll need: All-purpose flour, baking powder, sparkling water, whole corn, oil, salt
