Ingredients-
AB's Creole Cornbread:
2 cups Cooked Rice
2 large Eggs, room temperature
1 cup Whole Milk
1 cup Yellow Cornmeal
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1 - 2 tbsp chopped Jalapeno Peppers
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Canola Oil
1 (14.5 ounces) can Cream-Style Corn
3 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese

Pat's Broccoli Cheddar Cornbread:
½ cup Unsalted Butter
Med Onion Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
10 oz bag of Frozen Broccoli thawed
2- 8 1/2oz boxes corn bread mix
½ cup of whole milk
One 8 oz container cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup shape cheddar cheese (fresh grated)

Broccoli cornbread Y'all its soooo good!!

If you have never had Broccoli cornbread I truly feel sorry for you!! I had it for the first time about 6 months ago and I fell in LOVE! It is so simple to make you need to run to the store right now and get the ingredients and make this recipe it's a perfect southern side or is it bread? I don't know but whatever it is its amazing! Have I said how much I love this recipe?! Just to show you how loved this recipe is its in all 3 of the O Taste and See cookbooks 3-4 times in each one!

You will need 2 sticks of butter, 2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread, 4 eggs, 1 chopped onion (I used a baseball sized onion), 10 oz of cottage cheese (some people leave this out), and 1 10oz box frozen chopped broccoli.
