How To make Almond Crumb Chicken
1 oz Blanched almonds; ground
1 tb Bread crumbs; plain, dried
1 1/2 ts Parmesan cheese; grated
1/8 ts Salt
1/8 ts Basil leaves
8 oz Chicken cutlets; divided 1/2
1 tb Skim milk
1 tb Vegetable oil
2 Lemon wedges
Pound chicken cutlet to 1/8 inch thickness. On sheet of wax paper combine ground almonds, bread crumbs, cheese, salt and basil. Dip 1 chicken cutlet into milk, then into crumb mixture, coating both sides evenly; repeat procedure with remaining cutlet, being sure to use all of milk and crumb mixture. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and coat, turning once, until browned on both sides, 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Serve with lemon wedges. Per serving (each cutlet): 289 cal.; 16 g. fat; 67 mg. cholesterol. How To Bake Crispy Oven Chicken (NO Bread Crumbs!) | Oven Fried Chicken Recipe
My mom use to make Crispy Oven Fried Chicken all the time. Make sure you make plenty of this oven fried chicken recipe because everyone will want to have seconds.

Crispy Oven Fried Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
Chicken pieces of your choice
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon paprika
THIS IS HOW WE DO IT:
*Preheat Oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
*Place foil on a cookie sheet and add the butter
*Place the cookie sheet with butter on it in the oven while it is heating up
*Dry your chicken off with paper towels and sprinkle all the seasonings on it and rub in
*Add the baking powder and flour and coat well
*Remove the pan from the oven and place the chicken on it skin side down making sure the pieces do not touch
*Place back in the oven for 30-45 minutes and then turn over continue cooking for an additional 30-45 minutes.

*Chicken Breast cut unto halves
*3 Eggs
*3-4 cups of bread crumbs
(Healthy Alternative)
*5cups of Almond flour (replace bread crumbs)
(Seasonings)
*3-5 TSP Garlic Powder
*3-5 TSP Onion Powder
*3-5 TSP Smoked Paprika
*2 TSP Sea Salt
*2-3 TSP Pepper
Very simple & easy breaded chicken for many upcoming/ future cooking projects! Easy to make at home, enjoy!
How to - Breaded Chicken
Ingredients,
2 lb Chicken Breast, boneless & skinless
2 ea Egg, large
6 Tbs Avocado Oil
1 cup Almond Flour
1/2 tsp Garlic Pepper
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Directions,
1. Slice chicken breast in half lengthwise, resulting in two thinner, “cross-section” cutlet-type
pieces. Set aside.
2. In a medium sized bowl, combine almond flour, garlic and onion powders, salt and pepper,
stirring to combine.
3. Into another medium bowl, crack eggs and beat with a fork until slightly frothy.
4. Line up sliced chicken, beaten eggs, almond flour mixture and a large plate left to right.
5. One at a time, dip chicken pieces into the egg, then almond flour mixture, being sure to coat
both sides of chicken evenly. Shake off any excess. Place on the large plate.
6. Heat oil over medium-high heat until just shimmering. Working in batches, place chicken
filet in pan and allow to brown on first side, 3–4 minutes.
7. Carefully turn chicken and cook on reverse side until done, another 3-4 minutes.
8. Remove from pan and allow to cool 2-3 minutes
