Dink ladoo is a traditional winter recipe. This is a healthy and nutritious recipe. Though a little time consuming worth a try. Try this delicious recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
• 250 gm Grated dry Coconut
• 250 gm Gudh / Jaggery
• 1/4 cup Raisins
• 1/4 cup Chopped Cashew nuts
• 1/4 cup Chopped Almonds
• 1/4 cup Poppy seeds
• 1 Nut meg
• 125 gm Dink / Edible gum
• 250 gm Kharik powder / Dried dates
• 250 gm Ghee
Method:
• Heat up a pan on medium heat.
• Add poppy seeds and roast until these turn little reddish.
• Take roasted poppy seeds out into a bowl.
• In the same pan add coconut and fry until it turns nice reddish.
• Transfer the roasted coconut into the bowl having poppy seeds.
• Heat up ghee in the same pan.
• Add a little dink at a time and fry it until it puffs up really good.
• Take it out into a bowl.
• In the same ghee add chopped almonds, cashew nuts and fry
these.
• When these begin to turn a little golden, add raisins and fry until
these puff up.
• Take the fried dry fruits out into the bowl of coconut and poppy
seeds.
• In the same ghee add kharik powder and fry it a little for about 3-4
minutes.
• If you feel the ghee is less the you can add a little more ghee.
• Transfer the kharik powder into the bowl.
• Take the fried dink and crush it with hand.
• You also can use potato masher for this.
• Transfer the mashed dink into the bowl.
• Mix everything well together.
• Grate half nut meg into the mixture and mix well again. Keep it
aside.
• In the same pan take gudh and melt it on medium heat.
• Cook the gudh for about 4-5 minutes.
• Make syrup but do not add any water.
• Add the melted gudh into the bowl and mix everything well
quickly.
• When the mixture is little hot, roll ladoos.
• You can use sugar syrup instead of gudh syrup.
• You also can use powdered sugar.
• In that case you don’t have to make sugar syrup.
• But then you have to use lot of ghee for binding.
• Dink ladoos are already.
• You can make 40 small ladoos from the ingredients we used.
• If the mixture is too crumbly and you can’t roll ladoos, then
transfer the mixture into microwavr, heat it and roll ladoos.
• Or you can add 1 tsp water while gudh is melting and make syrup.
• So that you can roll the ladoos.
Tips:
• Another way to fry dink is rub little ghee on it and microwave it for
a minute or two. It saves your time of frying dink.
• If you add raisins along with dry fruits in ghee for frying, the
raisins may get over roasted. So add raisins a little later.
• You also can use black raisins instead of raisins.

KETO HOSTESS CUPCAKES AND KETO TWINKIES just for you!!
This is another keto single serve recipe video, where we make a special keto dessert for one person. Today we are making keto hostess cupcakes and twinkies. Both recipes will make two cupcakes or twinkies. So one for you and one to share. Or two for you!
Not only are these keto hostess cupcakes and keto twinkies easy to make, they are gluten free and contain a real marshmallow creme center! Most keto hostess cupcake recipes will use buttercream frosting or whipped cream inside. That's fine if you want to do that as a shortcut, but I like to go one extra step and make a simple sugar-free marshmallow cream center. Just like the real twinkies and cupcakes have!

KETO HOSTESS CUPCAKES RECIPE:
➡️ The Cake:
3 tablespoons almond flour
1 tablespoon monkfruit sweetener
1 tablespoon 100% unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 egg
➡️ Marshmallow Creme:
2 sugar free marshmallows
1/2 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup sugar free canned whipped cream
➡️ Chocolate Ganache:
1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips, melted
1 teaspoon heavy cream
➡️ White Swirl:
1 tablespoon powdered erythritol
1.5 teaspoons heavy cream
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray two cavities of a muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside. In a small bowl, combine almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, butter, heavy cream and egg. Mix until combined and smooth. Evenly pour batter into the two prepared cavities of the muffin pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes or until set. Remove from oven, loose the edges with a knife and let sit in the muffin tin for 2-3 minutes before removing. Let cool completely before adding in the filling. Option to bake in the microwave: Pour batter into a silicone muffin liner and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until set. In a small bowl, microwave sugar free marshmallows for 10 seconds. Stir in butter and whipped cream until smooth. Using a spoon or knife, remove the top center of the cupcake. Spoon in the marshmallow creme filling into the center.
In a small bowl, combine melted chocolate and heavy cream. Mix until smooth. Spread onto top of each cupcake. Place in the refrigerator to set for 5-10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine powdered sweetener and heavy cream. Adjust with sweetener or cream to achieve a thick, pipable icing. Add to a ziploc baggie or piping bag and pipe a swirl on the top of the ganache.
KETO TWINKIE RECIPE:
➡️ The Cake:
1/4 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon coconut flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons monkfruit sweetener
pinch salt
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
1 egg
1 teaspoon sour cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
➡️ Marshmallow Creme:
2 sugar free marshmallows
1/2 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup sugar free canned whipped cream
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and spray cooking oil into a twinkie pan. Set aside. Add almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder and salt to a small bowl. Whisk to combine. Mix in butter, egg, sour cream and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Evenly pour batter into two twinkie mold cavities. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and let cool while you make the filling. In a small bowl, microwave sugar free marshmallows for 10 seconds. Stir in butter and whipped cream until smooth. Let set for a few minutes to thicken. Using a piping bag fitted with a tip, pipe in filling mixture into three areas of the underside of the twinkie about 1 inch apart.

RECIPE:
4 eggs, separated
1/3 cup coconut sugar
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 can full fat coconut milkNutmeg
Separate the egg yolks into a medium size bowl, add the coconut sugar, and beat on high with a hand mixer for 1 minutes, or until the sugar has completely dissolved. Add the almond milk, coconut milk, 1/4 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg, and stir to combine.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks. Add the egg whites to the nog mixture, and gently mix with hand mixer. You don't have to worry about deflating the egg whites.
Store in fridge for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight and enjoy. Will keep for 3 days.
