How To make Almond Cheese Horseshoe
2 c Bread flour
1/4 c Water
1/4 c Sugar
1 Egg; or 1/4 cup egg sub.
1/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Act. dry yeast
1/4 c Margarine
ALMOND FILLING:
-Combine 8 oz Cream cheese; softened .
-I prefer 4 oz 1/8 c Sugar, and
2 tb Almond Extract
Make on dough cycle and remove to greased bowl. Rest in refrigerater 30 min. Knead breifly on floured board and roll into 15x10 in. rectangle. Spread filling leaving 1/2 inch border on all sides. Starting long side, roll into jellyroll and tuck and seal ends. Seal long seam and place on greased baking sheet, shaping into horseshoe. Cut slits with scissors through top of dough at 2 inch intervals. Cover and let rise in warm place till double in bulk, about 45 minutes. Brush top with beaten egg or egg sub. and bke in preheated oven 375 degrees for 15 to 20 min. till>>>>>> golden. Cool slightly and drizzle with powdered sugar glaze. ALMOND FILLING: Combine in small bowl and mix to spreading consistency. You may add more extract and sugar to taste. Also you may use 1 T. milk or more to thin depending on type of cream cheese. For a really festive one add candied cherries in slits and sprinkle with sliced almonds before baking. ---

Here is Aaron's guilty pleasure. I call these a heart attack on a plate. Here its called a horseshoe or ponyshoe :)
Almond Crisp Cookies(杏仁瓦片) Recipe Tuiles Aux Amandes Florentine Brittle(Amaretti Fini)
This almond crisp cookie(杏仁瓦片) recipe is perfect for your leftover egg whites. These crispy almond tuiles(杏仁酥片) or tuiles aux amandes(杏仁瓦片饼) are super addictive! These delicate thin almond florentine brittle or amaretti fini(杏仁瓦片食譜) is pretty much impossible to stop until they are all gone! Each one of these thin almond crisps of sugary goodness is layered with toasted sliced almonds which give it an insane crunch! These almond crisp cookies are a perfect match for tea or coffee. This recipe is really easy and super tasty that you will make it again and again with just 6 ingredients!

Ingredients:
Egg White 1 oz (around 1oz or 30g)
Cake Flour(Low Gluten Flour) 1/2 oz (or 15g)
Sugar Powder 1/2 oz (or 15g)
Unsalted Butter 1/2 oz (or 15g)
Salt a pinch
Sliced Almonds 1/2 Cup

Instructions:
1. Crack an egg, separate the yolk, only use the egg white.
2. Add powder sugar(dissolve much easier) & salt into the egg white, then stir well.
3. Sifting cake flour into the egg mixture & stir well.
4. Add melted butter to the egg mixture, stir well for completion, then set aside at room temperature for 30 minutes.
5. Placing the parchment paper in the baking tray.
6. Use a spoon to drizzle some batter. Use the bottom of the spoon to spread it in a circular motion. The size does not need to be perfect, it is better to spread the batter thinly so that it is more crispy.
7. Place sliced almonds on top of the batter.
8. Preheat the oven to 300F(150C), and bake it for 8-10 minutes or once turn into a golden brown.

Pignoli Cookies/Almond Macaroons/Italian Macaroons. One simple recipe - 3 different cookies!
These cookies are usually made during Christmas time and extremely special!
For batter you will need:
2x 7oz packages of Almond paste(400g)
½ ts salt
1 cup sugar
1 tsp Almond Extract
3-4 egg whites
For Pignoli Cookies:
1 cup Pine Nuts
For Almond Macaroons with Apricot Jam:
1 cup Slivered Almonds
2 tbs Apricot jam
For Italian Macaroons:
5 -10 Candied Cherries( cut in half)
METHOD:
Break Almond Paste into small pieces and place in a bowl of stand up mixer. Using pedal attachment begin to mix on medium speed.
Add 2 tbs of egg whites to smooth it out.
Add salt, sugar and Almond extract.
Add enough egg white to make macaroon batter.
It should be moldable , somewhat similar to french macaron batter but a little bit thicker.
Transfer into a piping bag.
Pipe out cookies directly into Pine Nuts. This will ensure that your cookie is completely covered and that none of these pricey nuts will escape and end up on the backing tray.
Use the same method for Almond Macaroons. Make indentation in the middle and place dots of Apricot Jam.
Place half candied cherries in the middle of Italian Macaroons.
Bake at 375°F(190°C) for 18-20 min or until edges are golden brown.
Leave cookies on the baking tray until cooled.
Remove with metal spatula.

Easy Almond MARZIPAN Fudge Truffles
Follow this recipe to make some tasty and fun Almond Marzipan Fudge Truffle.
Traditionally marzipan is made with almond flour and confectioners sugar but in this recipe we will be using some condensed milk instead of the sugar.
