How To make 20 Minute Hamburger Skillet Stew
THE REGISTER:
1/4 lb Lean ground beef^
1 lg Onion, sliced wafer-thin
4 Carrots, sliced wafer-thin
2 Potatoes, halved, sliced
-wafer-thin 3 Ribs celery, sliced wafer-
-thin 1 c Boiling water
2 t Beef extract OR bouillon
2 Bay leaves
1/4 t Dried thyme
Salt OR garlic salt Pepper 1/4 c Dry red wine OR tomato juice
2 T All purp flour
PER SERVING:
Cal 230 with water OR 240 with broth and wine
Use melon baller and shape meat into tiny meatballs. Brown in skillet. Discard any fat. Stir onion into skillet and cook 1 min. Add boiling water or broth and extract or bouillon. Add remaining veggies, seasonings. Cover, cook over low heat, 15 mins until vegs are tender. Combine wine or water and flour in covered jar. Shake and stir into skillet. Cook and stir until sauce is thick, 4 mins. S: The Slim Gourmet -----

1 bell pepper
1 onion
3 tbsps chopped sundried tomatoes
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella
1 cup colby jack
1 tbsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp beef bouillon
1 cup beef stock (added to meat mixture)
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 cup ketchup
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes

Easy Dinner for busy moms! This took me 20 minutes from start to finish. It's a homemade hamburger helper (lasagna style). You'll thank me after you try it, trust me!
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb of Groud Beef (85/15)
3 Cups of Pasta (I used Wide Egg Noodles)
3 Cups of Chicken Broth
1 Cup of Marinara Sauce (I used homemade, storebought is fine)
1/2 of a Small Onion (diced)
4 Cloves of Garlic (diced)
1 Teaspoon of Italian Seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
1/4 Teaspoon of Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon of Onion Powder
1/2 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese (More or less depends on you)
Parmesan Cheese (to top your dish to taste)
