Basmati rice - 1 cup

Corn flour - 1 tbsp

Oil for frying

Carrot - 1

Beans - 1/4cup

Cabbage - 1/2cup

Capsicum - 1/2cup

Fresh Corn - 2-3 tbsp

Frozen Green peas - 1/4 cup

Garlic - 1 tbsp

Spring onion white - 2 tbsp

Spring onion green - 1-2 tbsp

Green chilli - 1 -2

White pepper powder - 1-2 tsp

Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp

Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp

Soy sauce - 1 tbsp

Vinegar - 1/2tsp

Sugar - 1/4 tsp

Salt to taste

For chicken fry (opt):

Boneless chicken - 50 gm

Kashmiri chilli powder - 1-2 tsp

Tomato sauce - 1/2tsp

Night Wings is made using a palette knife for swiping the paint using the bloom technique recipe. The pouring medium is
2 parts untinted house paint base 3( Glidden Premium)
1 part triple thick polyurethane ( Varuthane )

The colors used are:
Gold ( Artist Loft )
Interference Gold with Red Sparkle ( ColourArte )
Prizm Pour Golden Poppy ( ColourArte )
Prizm Pour Royal Galaxy ( ColourArte )
Passion ( ColourArte )

Cell Activator recipe is:
2 parts US floetrol
1 part water
This mixture is combined with paint at a 3:1 ratio.

Cell Activator colors are :
Carbon Black (Golden)
Titanium White ( Amsterdam )
Gold ( Amsterdam )

lemon - 40 g (1.4 oz)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 4 g (0.14 oz)
spicy pepper - 10 g (0.35 oz)
spinach - 200 g (7 oz)
hard cheese - 180 g (6.35 oz)
onion - 100 g (3.5 oz)
Tray size 30 x 40 cm (12 x 16 in)
IN THE OVEN 200°C (392 °F)/35 minutes

for the salad:
cucumbers - 200 g (7 oz)
yellow bell pepper - 100 g (3.5 oz)
