How To make White Chili1
CHICKEN MIXTURE:
2 tablespoons Butter
1 Bunch chopped scallions
1 medium Sweet yellow pepper chopped
10 milliliters Garlic minced
4 Fresh jalapeno peppers
Seeded and chopped 1/2 teaspoon Fresh grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Sage
1/2 teaspoon Cumin
1 1/2 Chicken breasts skinned
Boned and cut into pieces :
SAUCES 3 tablespoons Butter
1/4 cup Flour
1/2 cup Cream
2 cups Chicken broth
1 can corn :
(17-oz)
1 Jar great northern -- (3-lb)
Beans EXtrA SEASONINGS: OPTIONAL:
Cayenne pepper White pepper 1 Jar pickled -- (11-oz)
Jalapeno peppers Grated Monterey jack cheese
CHICKEN MIXTURE: Melt butter in a 5 quart pan. Saute scallions, yellow pepper, garlic, fresh jalapenos, ginger, salt, sage and cumin. Add chicken and cook until just done. Do not overcook. Remove chicken from pan and set aside. SAUCE: Melt the 3 Tb butter in the same pan. When bubbling, add flour, and whisk briskly while adding cream. When smooth and thick, add chicken broth. Stir until blended. Stir in corn, beans, and chicken mixture and simmer 30 minutes. If desired, add 2 shakes cayenne pepper, 1 shake white pepper, and 4 ounces of pickled jalapenos with a little juice. Serve chili hot, topped with grated cheese and accompanied by corn bread.

Slow Cooker Turkey & White Bean Chili
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Small Onions - chopped
4 Cloves Garlic - minced
2 lbs Ground Turkey
2 Red Peppers - chopped
2 Chipotle Peppers - finely chopped
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp Salt
2 - 3 C Chicken Stock
1 28 oz can Crushed Tomatoes
1/4 C Tomato Paste
2 Bay Leaves
1 can White Beans - rinsed & drained
Top with avocado & shredded cheddar cheese
In large pan heat oil, add turkey and cook until no longer pink, drain fat if needed, add onions & garlic. Cook until lightly browned. Remove from heat and add to slow cooker, add red peppers, chipotle peppers, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, cinnamon & salt. Stir until combined, add 2 cups of chicken stock, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste & bay leaves.
Cook low 6 - 8 hours or high 4 - 5 hours.
During last hour add beans. If too thick add more chicken stock.
Top with avocado & cheddar cheese.

2 pounds of ground chicken
1 Tbsp of AP flour
1 1/2 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup of Cotija cheese
1/2 cup of heavy cream
3 roasted tomatillos
3 roasted Anaheim peppers or 2 small cans of green chili
1/2 white onion
1 can of white beans
1 bay leaf
1 tsp sugar
1 cup of water
1 1/2 Tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 Tbsp Mexican oregano
1 Tbsp Maseca (instant corn masa)
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 Tbsp garlic powder

Ingredients
8 Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts with Rib Meat or 8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1 large onion, chopped
14 -1/2 oz. chicken broth
2 jalapeno peppers; fresh, seeded & finely chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
2 cans Great Northern beans, 15 oz./each, undrained
2 cans black beans, 15 oz./each, drained
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
Make
•Cut chicken into half-inch cubes.
•Spray large, deep pot or saucepan with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high.
•Add chicken; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
•Add in onion, chilies and garlic. Cook 5 minutes longer, stirring occasionally. Then add remaining ingredients.
•Bring pot to a boil then reduce heat; simmer uncovered for about 20-30 minutes or until chicken is done (internal temp 170⁰F). Serve.
Serving suggestion: Top individual servings of chili with sour cream. Serve with mixed green salad and hot tortillas or tortilla chips. Refrigerate leftovers or freeze in tightly sealed nonmetallic container or freezer bag.
Garlic Toast
Ingredients
1 cup four cheese blend
1/4 cup Parmesan shredded cheese
1 baguette loaf
Olive oil for drizzle
1 tablespoon Tone's Granulated Garlic
Make
•Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
• Line a half sheet pan with a sheet of parchment paper and set aside.
•Cut the baguette into half inch slices on a bias. Lay the slices out on the sheet pan. Drizzle each piece with olive oil.
•Place the four cheese blend on each piece and then top with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle Tone's granulated garlic on top of each.
•Bake for 4-5 minutes until golden and serve with chili.

1 onion
1 poblano pepper
3-4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup salsa verde
1 cup sour cream
1 block cream cheese room temp
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can small white beans
2-3 cups of chicken(I used 2)
3 cups of corn (I used frozen)
Pepper jack and white cheddar to sprinkle
on top (Trader Joe's unexpected cheddar)
400 degrees approx 20 min or until top is bubbly
