1 Egg
1/2 c Brown sugar
3 tb Unsalted butter
1 ts Vanilla
1/3 c Flour
1/4 c Hazelnuts
1/4 c Pecans
FOOD IN A FLASH SHOW #FF2010 AIR DATE: 1/19/96 Preheat oven to 400. Mix egg in food processor. Add sugar, butter & vanilla. Process together a few sec. Add flour. Blend well. Add hazelnuts & pecans. Process until nuts are coarsely chopped. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto buttered baking sheet. (don't crowd!) Batter will spread. Bake 3-4 minutes until crispy. Great with ice cream!! Approximately 8-10 minutes. -----

Ingredients: For 30 cookies
Unsalted butter 100g/1/2 cup
Brown sugar 180g/1 cup
Egg 1 pc
Milk 15ml
Cinnamon powder 12g/1tsp
Salt 6g/1 tsp
Vanilla extract 4g/1 tsp
All-purpose flour 250g/2 cup
Baking powder 8g/2tsp
Rolled Oats 250g 2 ½ cup
Chopped nuts (Walnut, Pumpkin seeds, Pine seeds) 180g/1 ½ cup
Chopped dried cranberry 80g/1 cup
Pre-heat oven to 356℉/180℃. Bake 12-14minutes

CHOCO-NUT COOKIES – 1-Minute Video! – This super-easy cookie recipe will make a lot of people happy, especially the wee ones. We suggest you double the recipe and then, keep them on hand for whenever you need a quick snack or special treat.
Choco-Nut Cookies are the best!
INGREDIENTS
1 C of raw cashews, toasted and finely chopped
1/3 C of ground almonds
½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon of kosher salt
½ C of butter, softened
3/4 C of brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon on pure vanilla extract
1 C of dark chocolate chunks
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Toast and then cool the cashews. Pulse them in a food processor to roughly chop. Toss with ground almonds, cinnamon, chocolate chips and salt. Beat butter and sugar together until light. Add egg followed by vanilla and beat well. Stir in nut mixture until well blended. Drop by small spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Transfer to oven and bake for about 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool 1 minute on the baking sheet, then transfer to a cooling rack and cool completely.

These 3-Ingredient Macadamia Cookies (RECIPE BELOW) are chewy + crunchy grain-free wonders! They are soooo easy, you'll find yourself volunteering to bring dessert everywhere you go.

3-Ingredient Macadamia Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar
12 oz. roasted + salted macadamia nuts
1/4 cup egg whites (about 2 egg whites)
Directions
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
In the bowl of a standing mixer, combine the brown sugar and macadamia nuts. Beat on low speed and slowly drizzle in the egg whites. Increase the speed to medium-low and beat for 4 to 5 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. The extended beating time will breakdown the nuts and fully incorporate the egg whites and sugar, so don’t short the time.
Drop the batter in rounded tablespoons onto a greased baking sheet. Press each dough ball with the back of a spoon to form a cookie about 1/4 – 1/2 inch thick.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool for 3-5 minutes on the baking sheet, then use a thin spatula coated with pan spray to remove the cookies to a cooling rack. The cookies will be soft but will firm up as they cool.
