How To make Sugar Free Blueberry Pie
1 Recipe pastry crust
4 c Blueberries
-- fresh or frozen, thawed 4 ts Sweet and Low
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/8 ts Nutmeg
1 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Quick tapioca
8 dr -OR up to...
10 dr Liquid butter flavoring.
LIne 10" pie plate with crust Pick over, wash and drain berries. Mix next 6 ingredients together in small bowl Toss with berries being careful to not crush the berries too much pour berries in crust, making sure all the "goodies" are scraped from the bowl. Cover with top crust, slit for steam to escape. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 325 for 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly. For a little added flavor to the crust you can sprinkle with a light mixture of Sweet and Low and cinnamon. Cool on wire rack, serve with dollop of Lite Cool Whip or small scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired. Exchanges, Pie only - 1/8 pie equals 1 fruit, 1 1/2 starch, 1 1/2 fat I usually put a large piece of foil or a cookie sheet under the pie to assure that no juices escape into the oven. Low Carb & Sugar Free Blueberry Pie:
Ingredients-
Pie Crust:
1 cup of unsalted butter melted and cooled
4 large eggs
½ teaspoon sea salt
¾ cup coconut flour
¾ cup almond flour
¼ teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of water
Pie Filling:
2 tablespoons arrowroot powder
1/2 cup sugar substitute
2-3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions-
Pie Crust:
1. Combine all dry ingredients
2. Add wet ingredients to the dry (you might need to add a tiny bit more almond flour to form the dough)
3. Set dough off to the side
4. Take 1/2 of the dough and press it into a pie pan that has been sprayed with cooking oil
5. Put pie pan in fridge to chill
6. Take two silicone mats and wipe them with water to prevent the dough from sticking to it.
7. Roll out remain dough between the prepped silicone mats

Healthier Blueberry Pie (easy gluten-free & dairy-free recipe)
How to make a Healthier Blueberry Pie????? This easy gluten-free & dairy-free recipe is a delicious dessert idea! The crumbly oat crust combined with the fresh blueberry filling is a perfect combo!????
Crust:
2 cups gluten-free oat flour (480 ml)
2 eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup (60 ml)
1/4 cup melted coconut oil (60 ml)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
Filling:
4 cups blueberries/bilberries, fresh or frozen (750 g)
1/4 - 1/3 cup coconut sugar or regular white sugar, to taste (60 - 80 ml)
4 tablespoons gluten-free flour mix
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon cardamom
Optional topping:
3/4 cups gluten-free oats (180 ml)
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1. Mix all the ingredients of the crust together. Press the mixture into a greased pie plate. Make sure the bottom and sides are even.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the filling together and pour the mixture on top of the crust
3. Optional: Mix all the ingredients for the topping together and sprinkle it on top of the filling
4. Bake at 200 Celsius degrees (390 in Fahrenheit) for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) and bake for another 15 minutes, place a piece of aluminium foil loosely on top if needed.
5. Let the pie cool down for about 15 minutes before serving. Serve with Greek yogurt, for example! Enjoy!

Ever wondered how to make a blueberry pie recipe? It's actually one of the easier pies to make and comes together in under 90 minutes. I'll show you how to make a delicious homemade flaky crust that compliments the tartness of the blueberries. Serve this up with ice cream and homemade whipped cream and boy oh boy are you good to go!

How to make a Blueberry Pie Recipe with Ice Cream and Whipped Cream

Ingredients
For the Crust:
3 cups of Bob’s Red Mill All-Purpose Flour
2 ½ sticks of ice cold unsalted butter
1 tablespoon of sugar
½ teaspoon of sea salt
4 to 6 ounces of ice cold water
For the Filling:
6 cups of rinsed fresh blueberries
juice of 2 lemons
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 cup of sugar
¼ cup of Bob’s Red Mill All-Purpose Flour
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter melted
1 tablespoon of turbinado sugar
Instructions
1. Dough: In a food processor, process flour, butter, sugar and salt until the fat is the size of a small pea. At this point slowly drizzle in the cold water until the dough moistens up. Next, sprinkle on some flour to a cutting board or clean surface and place the pie dough on the floured surface. Form, do not over work, two dough balls from the pie dough. Once formed, roll out the dough balls until they are large enough to fill up a 9 pie tin. Stack the dough in between parchment paper on a sheet tray and chill.
2. Lay down one of the rolled out dough balls into the pie tin and set the other aside.
3. Filling: In a large bowl mix together blueberries, lemon juice, cinnamon, sugar, and flour until thoroughly combined. Once mixed place in the pie tin with the dough in it. Cover the pie with the other rolled out dough ball and trip around off any access dough. Crinkle the edges or press with a fork.
4. Brush the top of the pie with melted butter and evenly sprinkle on the turbinado sugar.
5. To Bake: Bake at 375° for 35-40 minutes or until the pie is browned on top and firm. Once cooked, remove from the heat and let cool completely on a rack.
6. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream and mint.
