1/2 ts Salt 1 tb Sugar 2 tb Cider vinegar 1 c Sour cream 2 tb Chives; chopped 2 tb Dill; fresh, chopped 1 ts Celery seed 2 Cucumbers; firm, unpeeled Dissolve salt and sugar in vinegar; add sour cream and stir until smooth.
