Simple New York Style Cheese Cake | Cheesecake Recipe Easy
This is an easy to make Newyork style cheese cake recipe for beginners with minimal ingredients, yet tasty.
Basic cheesecake recipe at home

New York Cheese Cake Recipe

Biscuits 15 to 20 Nos ( Gram Crackers or any other biscuit)
Butter 4 tbsp melted (1/4 cup or 57 g)
Cream Cheese 800 g (3 Cups )
Sugar 1 Cup (200g)
Egg 4 Nos
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Bake over a water bath at 350 F / 180 C for 1 hr
If you do not have cream cheese , this is how to make at home.
1 liter whole milk
2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoon lemon juice or white vinegar
In a saucepan, heat the milk on medium heat, stirring gently .One the milk start to boil reduce heat and Add lemon juice one tbsp at a time while stirring the milk . When The milk curdles strain it , add salt and blend it to a cream consistency.
In this video I am using cream cheese spread which always gives me lighter and creamier textured cake.

[만드는 과정]
1. 부순 통밀 쿠키에 녹인 버터를 넣고 섞은 다음 분리형 15cm 팬에 넣는다.
2. 밑면과 옆면까지 올려 눌러 붙인 다음 냉장실에 넣어 둔다.
3. 실온 상태의 크림치즈를 섞어 부드럽게 한 다음 설탕과 소금을 넣고 섞는다.
4. 사워크림과 레몬즙을 넣고 섞은 다음 달걀과 바닐라 익스트랙을 넣고 섞는다.
5. 옥수수 전분을 넣고 섞은 다음 생크림을 넣고 섞는다.
6. 오븐 팬에 붓고 150도 오븐에서 60분 정도 굽고 실온에서 식히고 냉장실에서 하룻밤 굳힌다.
7. 생크림에 설탕을 넣고 부드럽게 휘핑한 다음 사워크림을 넣고 휘핑한다.
8. 케이크 위에 올리고 자연스럽게 모양을 낸다.

Easy No-Bake Sour Cream Cake Recipe
This no-bake sour cream cake is so rich and heavenly delicious. The cake is super easy to make; the crust and topping are made with cookie crumbs, the filling is made with sour cream custard. This amazing cake is perfect for birthdays, parties, holidays and weekends.

Ingredients:
For the crust:
350g (12.34oz) Chocolate biscuits
130g (4.6oz) Butter, melted
For the filling:
2¼ cups (520g) Sour cream
3 Eggs
1 cup (200g) Sugar
4 tablespoons (30g) Cornstarch
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
100g (3.5oz) Butter
Directions:
1. Make the crust: in a food processor or in a Ziploc bag, crush the biscuits into fine crumbs. Add melted butter and mix until combined.
2. Reserve 1/3 of the crumbs for later. Press the 2/3 of the crumbs into the bottom and up to the sides of a 8-inch (20cm) cake ring or a springform pan.
3. Make the cream: in a small saucepan whisk eggs, sugar and corn-starch. Whisk until smooth. Add sour cream and whisk until combined and smooth.
4. Place the saucepan over medium-low heat and cook, stirring constantly for about 5-7 minutes, until thickens, make sure you are scraping the bottom and sides of the pan. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla extract, stir until incorporated.
5. Allow to cool slightly.
6. Pour over the crust and spread evenly. Spread the remaining 1/3 of the crumbs on top.
7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
