4 md Tomatoes, sliced
1 md Onion, sliced
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 md Icicle radish, cut into
-1" pieces -(or 10 red radishes 1/4 lb Green beans
1/2 lb Spinach (or cabbage
-mustard greens or -watercress) 5 md Sampaloc (tamarind)

and tamarind. Simmer 1 hour or until pork is tender. 2. Optional: Remove tamarind and mash with some broth. Strain juice into
pot. 3. Taste for seasoning. Bring to a boil. Add green beans and radish 10
minutes. 4. Add spinach, cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minute to fi

HOW TO COOK SINIGANG NA BABOY | PORK SOUR SOUP - QUICK & EASY RECIPE
PORK SINIGANG is a Filipino soup or stew characterized by its sour and savoury taste. It is most often associated with tamarind, although it can use other sour fruits and leaves as the souring agent. It is one of the more popular dishes in Filipino cuisine.
INGREDIENTS:
1 kg pork shoulder
gabi (yam)
pak choi
4 med tomatoes
green chillies
pork cubes
fish sauce
tamarind soup base
1 onion
black pepper

How to Cook Pork Sinigang

Ingredients:
2 lbs. Pork belly, cubed
66 g. Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc Mix with Gabi
2 pieces talong, sliced
8 pieces okra
18 pieces string beans, cut in 2-inch pieces
5 ounces daikon radish, (labanos) sliced
1 bunch kangkong
1 piece onion, wedged
2 pieces tomato, wedged
6 pieces shishito pepper
8 cups water
Fish sauce and ground black pepper to taste
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Procedure:
Heat oil in a cooking pot. Saute onion until layers separate. Add half of the tomato. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add pork belly. Continue sauteeing until the pork browns while adding around 1 tablespoon fish sauce.
Pour water. Cover the pot and let the liquid boil.
Add Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc with Gabi. Cover and adjust heat between low to medium. Cook for 30 minutes or until the pork gets tender.
Add labanos. Cover and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
Add eggplant, string beans, and okra. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add kangkong stalks and remaining tomato. Cook for 3 minutes.
Season with fish sauce (as needed) and ground black pepper.
Add kangkong leaves. Turn the heat off. Cover and let it stay for 2 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve. Share and enjoy!

Sinigang Recipe - Pork and Shrimps
Pork and Shrimps Sour Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
3 tbsp - olive oil
40 grams - garlic
6 pcs - spicy chilis (3pcs for garnish)
1 tsp - coarse salt
380 grams - Shrimps
* parboiled Pork Spare Ribs
180 grams - white onion
300 grams - cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp - Filipino Fish Sauce
6 cups - water
400 grams - small Taros (easier to peel with veggie peeler)
1 tsp - chicken powder
300 grams - Mustard leaves
115 grams - green chilis
1/3 to 1/2 cup - Lemon Juice
Parboil:
750 grams - Pork Spare Ribs
Water - enough to submerge Pork Spare Ribs
200 grams - 2 slices ginger
1 tbsp - coarse salt
Cooking Time: approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes

Ang sinigang ay isa sa pinakasikat na pagkain ng Pilipino. Maaari pang mas sikat pa ito kesa sa adobo o pumapangalawa. Pero sa aking tahanan, mas madalas namin inuulam ang sinigang kesa sa adobo at ito ay paborito namin.
Maraming klase ng sinigang at ito ay komporme sa pampaasin na gagamitin. Meron santol, bayabas, kamias, sampalok, at miso na ginagamit sa isda tulad ng tilapia o salmon.
