MUSTARD, GINGER & SESAME SEED SALMON
This sauce takes 5 mins to prep and 18 mins to cook. The fish is moist and oh so tasty! Even my “I don’t like fish” child likes this one. Definitely a quick, healthy family meal ????
PEPPERY MUSTARD GREENS WITH SESAME OIL, CHICKEN BROTH, FISH SAUCE AND SAKE
The sign at H Mart said Gachoy, a peppery mustard green that has to be cleaned thoroughly. But the crunchy stems and wilted leaves make a great side dish at breakfast or any other meal. Sesame oil, sake, fish sauce, chicken bone broth and Costco’s Organic No-Salt Seasoning add flavor. H Mart has a wide variety of Asian greens, but none of them are organic so I always wonder whether a lot of pesticides are used to grow them. I encounter the same problem at 99 Ranch Market, a Chinese supermarket in Hackensack, N.J., where I live.
dollarmeals sesame salad dressing
for a basic salad dressing mix equal parts apple cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil;or 2 parts oil to 1 part vinegar; then add for the seasoning a small amount of dijon mustard with an equal amount of honey along with a few drops of sesame oil with a pinch of ginger and garlic.
for convenience store a large amount of the mixture in a bottle in the refrigerator; shake to serve and allow the dressing to room temperature.
for another recipe use just two ingredients-a few drops of imported aged 10yr. balsamic vinegar and greek extra virgin olive oil.

Sesame Spice Rub with Pork | Everyday Food with Sarah Carey
Want to know the key to great summer flavor? It's my super-simple, super-versatile spice rub. All you need is a little sweet or smoked paprika, dried oregano, sesame seeds, ground cumin, and black pepper. The recipe is easily doubled, so go ahead and make extra. Trust me, you'll want to use this nutty, all-purpose rub on everything: chicken, fish, veggies, even tofu. Why not?
Sarah's Tip of the Day:
In the video, I'll use this spice rub on a 2-pound pork loin. Watch, and I'll show you how to ensure the pork is cooked evenly and how to tell when it's perfectly done. I might serve this with Warm Green Bean and Potato Salad or some Orzo and Zucchini Salad from our website. What about you?
