It's been a while (blame on Covid) since I saw my mother-in-law. I want her to feel as relaxed as possible after traveling distance to see us. I have so many organizing and cleaning tips as well as delicious Vietnamese recipes, but I will save it for another day.

너무 야한 시어머니의 무생채 비빔밥 만드는 법 | Korean Radish Banchan | 막장요리 MAKJANG COOKING
[무생채 재료]
무,고춧가루,황설탕,간마늘,식초,대파
참깨,까나리액젓,소금
[비빔밥 재료]
고추장,참기름,조미료,계란후라이,참깨,밥
[무생채 만드는 법]
1. 무는 깨끗하게 세척하여 껍질을 제거한다.
2. 무는 채 칼을 이용하여 일정한 두께로 썰어 준비한다.
3. 대파는 송송 썰어 준비한다.
4. 채 썬 무에 까나리액젓, 황설탕, 고운 고춧가루, 간 마늘, 식초, 대파, 참깨, 깨소금을 넣고 잘 버무려준다.
5. 부족한 간은 소금을 넣어가며 완성한다.

밥에 무생채를 넣고 고추장, 조미료, 참기름, 계란후라이, 참깨를 넣고 비비기만 하면 완성

En este vídeo tengo una invitada muy especial y junto con ella compartiremos una receta tradicional y deliciosa Tamales Vegetarianos Mexicanos, te aseguro que una vez los pruebes los amaras.
Ingredientes:
2 kg Masa para tamal
1 1/2 Aceite Vegetal
4 oz Mantequilla (1 barrita)
Sal al gusto
2 Cucharadas de Polvo para hornear
1 Cucharadita de Bicarbonato
6 Tazas de Zanahoria rayada
2 Tazas de Chile poblano o pimentón
3 Tazas de Espinaca
3 Tazas de Queso fresco
3 Tazas de Mazorca o Elote
Hojas de mazorca/elote o para tamal

BECHAMELA, empanada de jamón york, queso en lonchas y BECHAMEL CASERA
Hola yernos y nueras, bienvenidos un día más a mi canal LA COCINA DE MI SUEGRA.
Hoy toca BECHAMELA, sí bechamela, una empanada de jamón york, queso en lochas y bechamel.
Lo primero que vamos a hacer es la bechamel, que no tienes tiempo, pues la compras...aunque os digo una cosa, donde esté una bechamel casera que se quiten las del mercado.
Os dejo un enlace para hacer una bechamel casera en 5 minutos.
Cogemos una lamina de hojaldre y la estiramos un poco, para ello vamos a echar un poco de harina y con un rodillo y con mucha suavidad la estiramos.
La colocamos en la bandeja, antes hemos puesto papel para horno. Ahora toca colocar el jamón york, encima colocamos el queso en lonchas y por último añadimos la bechamel.
Cogemos la otra lamina de hojaldre y la colocamos encima.
Cerramos la bechamela y la pintamos con huevo batido y por último con un tenedor pinchamos la masa para que no se suba.
Al horno a 200º hasta que esté dorada.

There are many stories behind the theory of this dish. One story says – it’s the only dish the son-in-law was able to cook for the visiting mother-in-law.
The story I like the sound of and it makes sense!
It goes like this – the mother-in-law made this dish for her son-in-law as a warning what would happen to his eggs if he mistreated her daughter.
Now eggs is a word used for balls/testicles in Thailand.
She showed him his eggs would be boiled / deep fried, cut in half and boiling sauce would be poured over – ooooooooooooooh errrrrrrrrr!
Which every story you want to believe this is no getting away from this is a fantastic dish with a great balance of sweet, sour and salty – Very Thai.
This dish is extremely rare and you will almost NEVER find it on a restaurant menu but most households know how to make it.
I hope you like it and give it a try – it is amazing! For such a simple dish.
