How do you cook brussel sprouts so they are not bitter || BRUSSEL SPROUTS 3 DELICIOUS WAYS
I never grew up eating Brussel sprouts, But once I started eating them, I enjoyed them in all forms, including roasted, creamy, pan-seared, or raw in salads.
I absolutely love them now,
In this video, I share three of my favorite ways of eating Brussel sprouts, pan-seared / sauté, creamy or raw.

I didn't mention verbally how to balance the bitterness of Brussels sprouts in the video so here are a various ingredients that complement their flavor.

This Brussels Sprouts Recipe is Oven Roasted with an Asian Fusion. That's why it's called Sweet and Sour Brussels Sprouts. In my opinion these are better served cold. They are oven roasted and designed to be served hot, but if you have any leftovers and you go back to that refrigerator the next day, DON'T REHEAT THEM.
