300gms French/Green Beans aka Michiri
2-4 Medium sized Carrots
2 Onions
1 Broccoli
Salt & Pepper to taste
Herb seasoning (Optional)

White Sauce Pasta | Pasta Recipe
White Sauce Pasta

White sauce pasta is a perfect combination of creaminess and flavors. This pasta recipe can be made quickly with very minimal ingredients. You can choose the vegetables that you like to add in this recipe and you can always alter the amount of cheese in the recipe.
Prep time: 15 mins
Cook time: 45 mins
Number of Servings: 2-3 persons
Ingredients
To Cook Penne Pasta-
Water
Penne Pasta 250 GMS
Salt
To Cook Vegetables-
Butter - 1 TBSP
Olive Oil - 2 TSP
Garlic - 1 TSP Finely Chopped
Large Onion - 1 Chopped
Green Bell Pepper
Red Bell Pepper
Carrots
Broccoli
Mushroom
Green Olives
Sweet Corn Kernels
Salt - 1/2 TSp
Italian Seasoning - 1 TSP
Red Chilli Flakes - 1 TSp
Ground Pepper
To Make White Sauce-
Butter - 1TBSP
Maida - 2 TBSP
Milk 2 CUPS
Processed Cheese 150 GMS
Italian Seasoning - 1/2 TSP
Red Chilli Flakes - 1/2 TSP
Ground Pepper
Basil leaves
Salt
Method
1.Cook the pasta with some salt till it is 3/4th done
2.Strain it and keep it aside
3.Heat a pan with olive oil, add chopped garlic and saute
4.Add onions, carrots, broccoli, capsicum, olives and stir fry them on high flame
5.Keep the vegetables aside
6.Heat a pan with some butter, once the butter is melted add maida and mix it well
7.Slowly add milk to it and whisk it well
8.Make sure that there are no lumps
9.Add grated processed cheese and mix well
10.Once it is combined well, add salt, Italian herbs, red chili flakes, pepper powder
11.Mix everything well
12.Add the cooked vegetables and pasta
13.Let the pasta cook for about 10 mins
14.Finally, add basil leaves and parmesan cheese and serve the pasta hot.

Best Pasta Salad Ever????
1 pound Rotini pasta, multicolored
3 cups cherry tomatoes,halfed
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup broccoli, sliced
1/2 cup cucumbers, diced
1/2 cup kalamata(black)olives,sliced
1/4 cup carrot,sliced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 bottle of Wishbone Italian Dressing
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2-3 pinches red pepper flakes (optional)
Boil the pasta according to the directions on the package. Allow to pasta to cool.(You can run cold water over pasta to help it cool faster.)
In a bowl, add and mix all the ingredients together. Refrigerate before serving. *In my opinion it taste the best the next day bc everything has marinated over night*

Fry for 5 minutes
