Bone-In Prime Rib Roast | PK Grill | Heath Riles
I got a fine cut of meat from my friend Kevin Green at the Butcher Shoppe in Pensacola FL and couldn’t wait to get it on the grill. I’m using a few ingredients to add seasoning and spice and mixing up a flavorful injection to make it even more tender and delicious. This recipe would be a big hit at your next dinner party, outdoor cookout, or big family gathering.

Texas Cooking Today is about good food.
My focus is to teach good cooking techniques as I provide excellent recipes that are adaptable, flexible, nutritious and delicious.
Most of the recipe videos I produce are shown in two separate formats.
First is a regular YouTube cooking show, fun to watch but missing in the deeper information of its counterpart.
Second is a full on cooking tutorial with every bit of detail the recipe requires with a little extra added. It's like having a chef in your kitchen right next to you.

Marinated And Injected Rib Eye Beef Roast Recipe
Here's how to make a delicious rib eye beef roast. It's injected and also marinated, however the marinade doesn't overpower the great taste of the rib eye steak. Feel free to use a cheaper cut of beef if you like, and the injection is optional. Give it a go!
