How To make Peanut Burgers
6 tb Butter or vegan margarine
1 Onion; peeled and chopped
1 Celery stalk; finely chopped
1 ts Dried herbes de Provence
1 tb Whole-wheat flour
1/2 c Light Vegetable Stock
-(generous measure) 1 tb Soy sauce
1 ts Yeast extract
1 c Roasted, unsalted peanuts
-(generous measure) -fairly finely ground 1/2 c Cashew nuts (scant)
-fairly finely ground 2/3 c Fresh breadcrumbs
-(whole-wheat) Salt Freshly ground black pepper Dried breadcrumbs -(for coating) Oil; for shallow frying
TO GARNISH:
Lettuce leaves Tomato slices Cucumber slices Melt the butter or vegan margarine in a large saucepan and saute the onion and celery for 10 minutes. Stir in the herbs and flour and cook for a further 1-2 minutes. Add the stock and stir until thickened, then add the soy sauce, yeast extract, nuts, breadcrumbs and salt and pepper. Leave the mixture to cool, then form into 6 flat burgers about 1/2" thick, and coat with dried breadcrumbs. Saute the burgers in a very little oil - the frying pan should be "greased" rather than oily - for about 3 minutes on each side, until browned and crisp. Drain on paper towels. Garnish and serve. VARIATION: MACADAMIA NUT BURGERS Using macadamia nut of the peanuts makes these burgers special. Serve with Bernaise Sauce. Peanut Butter Burger Recipe | Camp Chef
You read that right...Peanut Butter Burger. Any normal person would scoff at the idea of putting such a thing as a condiment on a burger. However...one bite, and you'll be converted. When you throw this burger on the grill alongside that smokin' bacon, you will know you made the right choice.

INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds ground beef
Salt and pepper
Sliced cheddar cheese
4-6 Tablespoons jalapeño jelly
4-8 slices of cooked bacon
4 hamburger buns
Ingredients for peanut butter sauce
2 cups peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2-1 cup of milk
PREPERATION:
In a microwave safe bowl, mix peanut butter, maple syrup and 1/2 cup milk. Heat in microwave for 30 to 45 seconds at a time, stirring in between until smooth. Add more milk if needed depending on the consistency you like. Set aside. Form beef into 8 patties. Press the centers of the patties down so that the burgers don’t get too thick in the middle when you grill them. Season each side with salt and pepper. Preheat grill to medium/high heat. Grill patties on each side for 2-3 minutes for medium rare, 3-4 minutes for medium and 5-6 minutes for well done. The last minute of cooking, add the cheddar cheese to each patty. Grill each bun, until grill marks appear. Spread jalapeño jelly on each side of the bun. Place the burger on bottom bun and top with bacon. Drizzle on the peanut butter sauce and place the top bun.

How to make coated peanut burger from scratch to finish
(Procedure for using 1kg of groundnut in producing peanut....believe me, it's as simple as 1,2,3...)
Ingredients: Groundnuts (Raw)
Eggs
Sugar
Flour
Nutmeg
Milk flavor
Peak milk
Oil to fry.
Pinch of salt.
*Procedure*
(1) Pick your groundnuts because sometimes some would have gone bad. Put your groundnuts in a big round bowl and set aside.
(2) Break 6-7 eggs in a bowl, add 2 cups of sugar and vanilla extract beat verrrrrrry well together, then set aside to allow the sugar to dissolve.
(3) Sieve your 1kg of flour. Note: (you must sieve...) Add 2 Table spoon of salt and nutmeg, milk flavor,... Then set aside.
***********Coating Time, Dancing time**********
Now carry that bowl that contains your groundnuts, put a tablespoonful of the egg mixture and sprinkle on the groundnut....... Shake it in a roundish manner like you are dancing....put a handful of flour on it then dance again....you have to repeat this process until it is well coated....but remember you start with egg mixture and finally end with flour.
*********Frying Time******
You need a deep frying for it.
Put your pot on fire, pour your Oil. Then allow it to heat up. Pour and stir continuously to avoid burnt offering....to achieve a cream colour don't wait until it's completely brown before bringing them out. Fry batch by batch and enjoy your yummy peanut.
