180 ° C for 30 min, 150 ° C ”50 to 60 min”, then turning off the oven and wait for 60 min.
18 cm (7 inch) → 15 cm (6 inch) Ingredients 0.66 to 0.7 times
180 ° C for 30 min, 150 ° C ”20 to 25 min”, then turning off the oven and wait for 60 min.

Vanilla Essence : 1 tsp

1 can peaches with syrup
2)3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch or flour
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons Rum
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1)4 teaspoons nutmeg
Cheesecake Recipe
2 8oz packages soften room temp cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 whole egg + 2 egg yolk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup half n half
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 9inch prepared graham crackers pie crust
Crumble topping
1 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
1 stick butter room temperature
1 teaspoon cinnamon
bake cheesecake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes
Allow cheesecake to cool completely.
bake crumble on cook sheet lined with parchment paper. bake for 15 minutes or so until crispy
Allow peach topping to cook for 12 minutes medium heat or until nice and thick. add butter ,rum and vanilla. will thicken more as it cools
