1/4 c Olive Oil 1/2 lb Boneless Chicken Breasts - Cut In 1/2 in Strips 1 pn Red Pepper Flakes 1/2 lb Bow Tie Pasta OR small - lasagna noodles (Cooked) 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced 1 1/2 c Broccoli Flowerets 1 ts Dried Basil Leaves 1/4 c White Wine 3/4 c Chicken Broth
OPTIONAL:
Grated Parmesan Cheese In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Saute garlic for about one minute, stirring constantly. DO NOT BURN. Add the chicken and cook until well done. Add the broccoli and cook until crisp but tender. Add basil; red pepper;salt and pepper to taste; wine and chicken broth.cook for about 5 minutes. Add the cooked and drained pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Heat for 1 to 2 min. Serve. Top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Recipe Ingredients: 1 package (16 ounces) Maika’i Organic Penne Pasta 2 cups broccoli florets, roughly chopped 1 tablespoon avocado oil 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1 inch pieces ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning ¼ teaspoon pepper ¼ teaspoon salt 1 jar (15 ounces) Maika’i Original Alfredo sauce 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions: 1. Cook pasta according to package directions. 2-3 minutes before the pasta is done add the broccoli and cook until the pasta is al dente and the broccoli has softened. While the pasta is cooking, start cooking the chicken. 2. Place a large skillet over medium high heat and add avocado oil. Add chicken, Italian seasoning, pepper, and salt. Cook for 8-10 minutes flipping halfway through, or until lightly browned and a minimum of 165F. 3. Add pasta, broccoli, alfredo sauce, and mozzarella to the pan of chicken. Stir gently to combine. Cook until heated through and the cheese has melted. Optionally top with Parmesan cheese and for a little spice red chili flakes. 4. Serve immediately and ENJOY!
