Cooking Perfect Sirloin Steak on the Grill | Tenderized & Garlic Butter Topping Cooked Medium
Cook Perfect Juicy Sirloin Steak on the grill at home. You can try this restaurant quality recipe at home for an amazing steak dinner. I start with a review of the USDA Choice Top Sirloin, season the steak, tenderize, cook on the grill (with cooking times), and serving with a garlic butter topping. I make my steaks to have wonderful flavor and these did not disappoint. The sides were a smothered mushroom onion topping and a pretzel role. The steak turned out tender and juicy. Be careful how much salt you use though if you have a salt flavored tenderizer. Recipe is down below and Enjoy!
