How To make Old Fashioned Lemon Meringue Pie
Pastry Shell
baked 3/4 C Granulated Fructose
1 C Water
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 C Corn Starch
3/4 C Water
4 Egg Yolk :
slightly beaten
1/2 C Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Margarine
1 Tsp Lemon Peel -- dried
4 Egg White
1/4 Tsp Cream Of Tartar
2 Tbsp Fructose
2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar Replacement
Combine the 3/4 c fructose, the 1 c water and salt in a saucepan. Stir and cook until boiling. Combine cornstarch and the 3/4 c water in a small bowl, and mix thoroughly. Stir cornstarch mixture slowly into boiling fructose mixture. Cook until thick and clear. Remove from heat. Combine beaten egg yolks and lemon juice. Stir in to thickened hot mixture. Return to heat and continue cooking stirring constantly until mixture boils rapidly again. Remove from heat; then stir in margarine and lemon peel. Pour into pie shell. For meringue: Combine egg whites and cream of tartar in a mixing bowl and beat until frothy. Combine the 2 T. fructose and sugar replacement in a small cup. Continue beating egg whites, gradually adding combined

How to make lemon meringue pie, old fashioned lemon meringue pie, how to make lemon meringue cookies
The classic fave gets prettified with a flower meringue topping.
INGREDIENTS
•1 pie crust
•⅔ cup sugar
•3 eggs
•Zest and juice of 5 lemons
•¼ cup cornstarch
•½ cup cold butter, cubed
For the meringue:
• egg whites
•¾ cup sugar
•4 Tbsp water
LET'S GET COOKING...
1.Bake the pie shell for 20 minutes at 350°F, using beans or pellets to prevent the dough from puffing up as it bakes.
2.Make the cream filling: In a bain-marie, whisk the eggs with the lemon juice, the sugar and the cornstarch. Once it thickens, remove from heat and add the butter. Pour the cream filling into the pie shell.
3.The meringue: Boil the water and sugar to 244°F; pour on the whites. Pour the meringue into a piping bag, garnish the pie with the meringue, then caramelize it with a torch or use the broiler.

Simple Lemon Meringue Pie
1 Regular Pie Crust
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
1 - 14 ounce Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 Egg Yolks
Meringue Recipe
3 Egg Whites
1/4 Cup Sugar
Preheat oven @350 degrees
**Bake pie with meringue for 12 minutes or until meringue browns
**Bake pie with no meringue for 12 minutes
