1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 eggs
1 cup sugar + 2 T.
1/3 cup oil
2 cups apples
diced, peeled
1 1/2 cups walnuts :
chopped
3/4 cup coconut
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt and nutmeg. In another bowl, beat eggs, sugar and oil. Stir in apples, nuts and coconut. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill 18 greased muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Source: Taste of Home Magazine.

Today, I will be sharing with you how to make banana cookies. It's one of my children's favorite snacks. The recipe for these cookies is very simple, without using baking powder, baking soda, sugar, oil & flour, The COOKIES are very healthy and delicious!
1cup=250ml 1/4cup=60ml
Two ripe bananas
The weight of the peeled banana is about 170 grams
Put the bananas in a large bowl and mash them with a fork
Add in 1 cup of quick oats
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
Add dried and chopped cranberries
Mix well
Prepare a large baking pan and line it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
Dig a tbsp and put it on the baking tray
This recipe can make 12 small biscuits
Use the back of a spoon to gently press to form a small round shape with a diameter of about 6 cm
Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 175 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes

This is fall’s best dessert - sweet, tender apples under an irresistibly crunchy nut and oat topping.
INGREDIENTS
Topping:
1 1/2 cups rolled oats (375 ml)
1/2 cup oat flour (125 ml)
1/2 cup chopped nuts – almonds, pecans or walnuts (125 ml)
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed (80 ml)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (2.5 ml)
1/2 cup melted butter (125 ml)
1/8 tsp coarse salt (.5 ml)
Filling:
6 cups chopped, peeled apples (1500 ml)
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (15 ml)
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed (80 ml)
1 Tbsp cornstarch (15 ml)
1 tsp cinnamon (5 ml)
Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
