Du kannst dir gar nicht vorstellen, wie lecker und einfach dieses Rezept ist. Einmal gekocht, wirst du es immer wieder kochen. Ich kann mit Sicherheit sagen, dass es das Beste ist, was ich je gegessen habe. Die Kombination aus zartem Hackfleisch, Kohl und Reis ist ein unglaublicher Geschmack Ihres Lieblingsgerichts. Bereiten Sie dieses äußerst leckere Gericht für Ihre Familie zu. Jeder wird von einem köstlichen Abendessen begeistert sein. Kochen Sie mit Vergnügen! Mit Liebe kochen!
▶ Kochrezept und Zutaten:
Pflanzenöl
1/2 Tasse Reis (200 ml Tasse)
1 Glas Wasser (Glas 200 ml)
Salz nach Geschmack
aufkochen und bei mittlerer Hitze köcheln lassen, bis alles Wasser verdampft ist
1/2 Chinakohl
2 Tassen kochendes Wasser
gib zeit zum stehen
500 g Hackfleisch
1 Zwiebel
1 Knoblauchzehe
Wasser aus Kohl pressen
1 Ei
1 Teelöffel Salz, Pfeffer nach Geschmack
das Hackfleisch zu Koteletts formen
3 Esslöffel Semmelbrösel
20 Minuten bei 190°С backen
1 Zwiebel
1 Karotte
in Pflanzenöl anbraten
1-2 Minuten braten
5 Minuten köcheln lassen
2 Knoblauchzehen
200 g Sauerrahm
500 ml Wasser
Salz, Pfeffer nach Geschmack
weitere 20-30 Minuten backen
etwas Dill
Fertig ist ein leckeres, herzhaftes Abendessen!

Tourtiere traditional French Canadian meat and potato pie. Made with pretty much any kind of meat – in recent times tourtieres are made with a mixture of pork and beef and sometimes veal. Usually, a centrepiece for the family to share on festive occasions, Christmas and New Year. This Tourtiere recipe was requested by Eric in Canada so this is my take on the French Canadian Tourtiere – give it a go you will not be disappointed!

Ingredients
Beef 500g
Venison 250 g _ sorry in the video I say Veal - appologies everyone! - Thanks to Greg
Pork 250g
Knob of butter – 4 tbsp
2 onions diced small
380g potato diced light boiled
3 bay leaves
Pinch of salt about ½ tsp
Pinch of black pepper about 1 tsp
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp sage
¼ tsp each cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg or use all spice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
450 ml beef stock – or use chicken stock
