1 REYNOLDS Oven Bag (large
-size-14 x 20-inch) 1 tb All-purpose flour
1 lb Unpeeled large fresh shrimp,
-peeled and deveined 1/4 lb Smoked turkey sausage,
-sliced 2 sm Ears corn, cut in half
-crosswise 1 cn (15-ounce) whole potatoes,
-drained 1 md Onion, cut into wedges
1 cn (10 1/2-ounce) condensed
-chicken broth, undiluted 2 tb Butter or margarine, cut
-into pieces Hot sauce Garnish: Chopped fresh -parsley Preheat oven to 350

Delicious Low Country Boil!
Fill a large stock about 2/3 full
and bring to a boil and then add:
1/2 cup of Old Bay Seasoning
1 large onion cut into 4 chunks
2 small lemons cut in half (squeeze in some juice)
Then add about 10 to 12 small red or gold potatoes
Boil for 10 minutes / Then add 10 to 12 pieces of sweet
corn. Cook for 10 more minutes. Then add a package of
Andouille Sausage (about 1 lb.) cut into 1 inch pieces.
Cook for 10 more minutes.
When the sausage gets to the last 3 minute of it's
cooking time (In a separate pot of boiling water) add
1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning and 1 lb. of Raw Shell on
shrimp. Cook for about 2 & 1/2 minutes but no more
then 3 minutes Max! Shrimp will melt in your mouth!
Take everything out of both pots and serve on a large
tray or just on a bed of newspapers. Sprinkle on a light
dusting of Old Bay seasoning over everything!
Now squeeze some lemon over the shrimp!
Serve with melted butter! Enjoy!

How to Make a Low Country Boil | Low Country Seafood Boil
Armadillo Pepper's friend, Cody, show us how to make a low country boil with potatoes, onions, crawfish (a.k.a. crawdads), Mayport shrimp, crab legs and sausage. This low country boil or what some refer to as a seafood boil is perfect for your next party with friends and family!
Ingredients
• 8 potatoes, cut in half
• 6 lemons, cut in half
• 2 bags Zatarain’s crab boil seasoning
• 2 bottles Zatarain’s crab boil concentrate
• 3 boxes Zatarain’s crab boil seasoning in the perforated bag
• 7 pounds crawfish
• 4 pounds Mayport Shrimp
• 4 pounds crab legs
• 8 ears of corn, cut in half
• 1 lb pre-cooked sausage
Recipe Instructions
1. Purge crawfish by adding crawfish to freshwater for 30 minutes to hour. Drain water when you are ready to place crawfish in cooker.
2. Add lemons, potatoes and onions to water and bring to a boil.
3. When the water reaches a boil, add the crawfish and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Turn the burner to the cooker off and add the sausage, corn, shrimp and crab legs. Cook for approximately 10 minutes.
5. Drain the water and pour the seafood on to a table with newspaper.
6. Enjoy!
