Old-Fashioned Soft Pumpkin Cookies – Help at Home
In this video, I share with you a delicious new pumpkin recipe for old-fashioned soft pumpkin cookies. In keeping with the Thanksgiving season, they are just spicy enough, and a real treat to eat. The basic recipe comes from the Libby company, the same Libby that gave us the “no-fail pumpkin pie.” Here, I have a adjusted the spices a bit to make sure it is just as it should be. I dropped the nutmeg for ground ginger and I added a small amount of ground cloves. I hope you enjoy these cookies as much as we did testing them. Look below for a link to the online cookbook that has the recipe. It is from my favorite online cookbook resource, the Michigan State University Library.
