1/2 lb Bulk Italian Sausage
1/4 c Chopped Onion
1 ea Large Beaten Egg
1/2 c Cream-style Cottage Cheese
2 T Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 ea Lasagna Noodles, Cooked
8 oz (1 can) Pizza Sauce
1 T Water or Dry Red Wine
1/4 c Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Crumble the Italian Sausage into a 1-quart casserole. Stir in the onion. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 3 to 4 minutes or till sausage is done and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in beaten egg, cream-style cottage cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Spread each lasagna noodle with some of the meat-cheese mixture. Roll up each noodle jelly-roll style, starting with the short edge. Place seam side down in a small greased baking dish. Stir together the pizza sauce and water or dry red wine. Pour atop lasagna rolls in the baking dish. Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power for 4 to 5 minutes or till the lasagna rolls are heated through. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese atop the lasagna rolls. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 30 seconds to 1 minute more or till cheese is just melted.

This Lasagna Roll-Ups recipe is an easier and quicker way of making the traditional Italian comfort pasta dish without losing any of its wonderful texture and flavors!. It bakes quicker and is easier to serve too.
INGREDIENTS:
9 or 12 pieces lasagna sheets
1 tablespoon oil
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
500 grams ground beef (90% lean)
Salt- to taste
½ teaspoon ground pepper
½ cup bell pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 can (24 oz) pasta (marinara) sauce
2-3 tablespoon tomato paste (optional)
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese or ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded plus more for topping

Lasagna Roll Ups
Lasagne Roll-ups is a scrumptious pasta, that is very popular in Philippines and western countries.! It is made by arranging cooked lasagna noodles, cooked ground beef in red sauce along with onion and garlic, cheese mixture and white sauce. It is later baked to get a cheesy lasagna for your family. Simply forllow this video step by step and you will get a yummy lasagna roll ups.

INGREDIENTS
9 lasagna noodles
3/4 kilo ground beef
1 kilo tomato sauce
1 white onion (minced)
3 cloves of garlic
Parsley (chopped)
1 egg
225 grams cream cheese
1/4 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
Easiest Zucchini Ricotta Lasagna Rolls
Moms zucchini ricotta lasagna roll-ups. These are everything you want in a dish but more. My favourite recipe of all time as I am a huge lover of zucchini. This recipe makes 16 rolls but feel free to double it. You will need:

4 zucchini’s( palm size )
olive oil ( or any oil )
1/2 cup ricotta
1 small egg ( optional )
1/4 cup parmigiano
basil ( optional )
pinch of salt ( to taste )
marinara sauce ( 1 cup or as much as you like )
1/3 cup mozzarella ( as much as you like )

Please note:Feel free to leave the egg out if you are intolerant to eggs. This method works incredible with a meat filling too but I’ll show you that next time.

Pre-heat oven to 400F. Wash the zucchini , pat dry and cut the ends. Cut each one into 4 slices. The two end pieces we also cut from the back of each one so that they lay flat and are easy to roll. Don’t discard any peeled scraps as you can use them in your cooking for other recipes. Set them on a baking sheet and drizzle each side with olive oil plus a dash of salt. Bake until they are soft which will take you 15-20 min. Ours took 15 minutes. Take them out and let them cool a touch. In a separate bowl add the ricotta , parm , egg , dash of salt and basil and mix. Take a small pan ( we used 8 by 8 ) and add marinara sauce to cover the bottom ( we used our own homemade sugo which is on my highlights but you can use any store bought like rao’s) Take each zucchini with the wider side facing you and add about a teaspoon of ricotta to each one and roll them up. Add them all to your baking dish , top with more marinara and some mozzarella. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until nice and melted. Enjoy, and follow me for more.
