How To make Keebler Soft Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 lb Butter; softened; 4 sticks
2 Eggs
2 tb Molasses
2 ts Vanilla extract
1/3 c Water
1 1/2 c Granulated sugar
1 1/2 c Brown sugar; packed
1 ts Baking powder
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
5 c All purpose flour
18 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 375~. Cream the butter, eggs, molasses, vanilla and water in a medium bowl. In a large bowl, soft together the sugars, baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour. Combine the moist mixture with the dry mixture. Add the chocolate chips. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place them 1-inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes or until light brown around edges. -----

1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg (room temperature)
1 Tbsp vanilla extract (or vanilla paste)
2 tsp corn starch
1 tsp baking soda
1 pinch salt (if desired, use 1/2 tsp if using unsalted butter)
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
8 oz chocolate chips (or chunks - use milk chocolate, semi-sweet or dark morsels)

- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup soft brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 egg and 1 yolk
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cornflour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chunks
- 1/4 cup chocolate chunks (for topping)
