CRUST 2 cups Flour
1/4 cup Sugar
dash Salt 1/4 cup Water
2/3 cup Shortening
2 tablespoons Butter :
melted
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup Pecans chopped

FILLING 6 lg Cooking apples :
peeled and
- sliced 1/4 cup Kahlua
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1/4 cup Flour
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
Sugar and melted butter
Make pie crust. Measure 1/3 cup flour and blend into a paste with water. Combine remaining flour, sugar and salt. Cut in shortening. Turn in the flour paste and form into a dough. Roll out the bottom crust. Place in 9" pie plate. Spread with melted butter. Sprinkle with sugar and pecans. Combine apples, Kahlua, brown sugar and flour. Turn into pie shell. Dot with butter. Roll out remaining crust. Cut into strips. Arrange in lattice over apples. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 425~ for 10 minutes.Lower heat to 350~. Continue to bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden and tender. Cool slightly. Serve warm for best flavor.

Kahlua Pumpkin Pie for the Holidays
Recipe for Pie:
Preheat Oven to 450 Degrees.
1 Graham Cracker Crust Pie Shell
1 Cup Evaporated Skim Milk
1/2 Cup Golden Monk Fruit or Light Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Kahlua
1/4 Cup Applesauce
1 & 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Large Eggs, Beaten
1 Can Pumpkin (15 oz can)
Beat milk, sugar, Kahlua, apple sauce, spice, and salt together until blended.
Add eggs and pumpkin and mix again until smooth.
Pour into pie crust put in oven at 450 degrees and immediately turn it back to 325 degrees.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, until knife comes out clean.
*6 Points per slice on WW Blue with store brought graham cracker crust (can make lower point option with different crust)
HOMEMADE Graham Cracker Crust:
1 & 1/2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
3 Tbsp Non fat plain yogurt or butter
2 Tbsp Golden Monk fruit
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Mix all together and press into 9 inch pie dish. Bake for 5 minutes then proceed with pie filling recipe. Makes 8 Servings

Dirty Girl Scout Cocktail Recipe:
1 Cup Milk (we used Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk)
1.5 Oz Kahlua
1.5 Oz Chocolate Vodka
.5 Oz Creme De Menthe
Shake well and pour over ice garnish with grated chocolate or mint leaves.
*1 drink 14 Points on WW blue plan (We shared the drink with mama B making it only 7 Points per drink)

Hi friends, So glad you are here! Today I am sharing about our Late Easter Dinner which was 2 weeks late due to my medical needs, but that's ok, better late than never right? Here I am prepping and preparing some meals ahead and making White Russian Kahlua Pies for the first time from my Auntie Wanda's recipe. Everyone asks for this recipe and now I know why! The white Russian Kahlua pie tastes amazing! I've got lots to do so let's get going! The recipe is below:)

WHITE RUSSIAN KAHLUA MOUSSE PIE - 8 to 10 servings
CRUST:
1 ½ half cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
2/3 cup melted butter
2 Tablsp. Sugar
Combine first 3 ingredients in a 9 in. springform pan
Pressing into bottom and sides. Refrigerate until firm.
FILLING:
1.5 or 1 1/2 Tablespoon envelope unflavored gelatin
¼ cup cold water
3 eggs, separated
6 Tablsp. Sugar
¼ cup Kahlua liqueur
2 Tablsp. Vodka
1 cup whipping cream
Sprinkle gelatin over water in small bowl. Set in pan of simmering
Water and stir till dissolved. Whisk yolks and 4 T. sugar in large
bowl until thick and light. Gradually whisk in dissolved gelatin.
Blend in Kahlua and vodka. Set in larger bowl filled with ice and
stir until mixture thickens - about 5 mins. Beat whites to soft peaks,
gradually add remaining 3 T. sugar and beat until still and shiny.
Fold into gelatin mixture. Beat ½ cup cream to stiff peaks. Fold into
gelatin mixture. Turn filling into crust. Refrigerate at least 3 hrs.-
Preferably over night.
TOPPING:
1 cup whipping cream
3 Tablsp Kahlua
2 Tablsp sugar
Beat cream to soft peaks, add Kahlua and sugar, beat to stiff peaks.
Swirl topping over pie. Garnish with chocolate curls. Serve cold.
