The Best Impossible Pumpkin Pie {Gluten Free Recipe}
This Incredibly Delicious Impossible Pumpkin Pie is an impossibly easy-to-make crustless pie that’s made with only 5 ingredients. It could be the easiest pumpkin pie you’ll ever make and it's Gluten Free.
All the ingredients get tossed in a bowl, then poured into a pie pan and baked. Top it with whipped cream and it’s the perfect fall dessert! It’s a family favourite that’s requested every year at Thanksgiving. I hope your family enjoys it as much as mine does!
Ingredients needed to make this Crustless Pumpkin Pie
To make this yummy pie you'll need:
Pumpkin Puree - Make sure to use Pumpkin Puree and not Pumpkin Pie Filling. Canned pumpkin pie filling contains wheat flour.
Sweetened Condensed Milk
Bisquick (gluten free) - If you're not on a gluten free diet you can use regular bisquick.
Eggs - Best at room temperature.
Cinnamon - Pumpkin pie spice or nutmeg and cloves can be added along with the cinnamon.

Blast from the Past: Mystery Pecan Pie Recipe
Pecan Pie is one of the most delicious pies you can make. This is a great variation on pecan pie and is one we absolutely love. You can see the recipe on pauladeen.com (
Ingredients
2 teaspoons vanilla, 1 teaspoon each for pie and topping
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sugar, plus 1/4 cup sugar for topping
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
4 eggs, 1 for pie, 3 for topping
1 deep dish pie shell
1 1/4 cups pecans, chopped
1 cup light corn syrup
Preparation
Blend together 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, 1 egg and pour in bottom of unbaked pie shell, top with chopped pecans.
Topping:
Mix 3 eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 cup light corn syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla and pour on top of pecans. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.

Bisquick's Impossible Pie
Not sure why it was called impossible but it sure is good.!
This goes back to my university days and t was an almost weekly dish

Impossibly Easy Vegetable Pie
Ingredients
2c chopped broccoli 1/3c chopped onion 1/3c chopped green pepper
1c /4oz shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c Bisquick mix 1 c milk
1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 2 eggs
Directions
1 Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Heat 1 inch salted water to boiling in medium saucepan. Add broccoli; cover and heat to boiling. Cook about 5 minutes or until almost tender; drain thoroughly. Stir together cooked broccoli, onion, bell pepper and cheese in pie plate.
2 Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
3 Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
