How To make Hot& Hearty Heroes
1 c Thinly sliced onion
1 c Thinly sliced green pepper
1/4 c Italian salad dressing
1 tb Dijon mustard
1 pk Hot roll mix
1 c Hot water (120F-130F)
2 tb Olive oil
1 Egg
5 oz Thinly sliced deli ham
4 oz Thinly sliced deli salami
4 oz Thinly sliced deli swiss ch.
2 oz Shredded cheddar cheese
1 tb Olive oil
2 ts To 3 t poppy seed
In large skillet, cook onion and green pepper in salad dressing just until tender. Stir in mustard; remove from heat. Set aside. Grease cookie sheet. In large bowl combine flour mixture with yeast from foil packet. Stir in HOT water, 2 T oil and egg until dough pulls away from sides of bowl. Turn dough out onto floured surface. With greased or floured hands, shape dough into a ball. Knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth. Sprinkle additional flour over surface to reduce stickiness. Cover with large bowl; let rest 5 minutes. On lightly floured surface, roll dough to 16x14" rectangle. Arrange ham, salami and Swiss cheese lengthwise over half of dough, overlapping slices; sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Spread onion mixture over meats and cheeses. Fold remaining half of dough over filling. Pinch edges to seal; tuck ends under. Place on greased cookie sheet. Cover loosely with greased plastic wrap and cloth towel. Let rise in warm place (80 to 85F) 15 minutes. Heat oven to 400F. Uncover dough. Brush with 1 T oil; sprinkle with poppy seed. Bake at 400F. for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 15 to 30 minutes before serving. Cut in half lengthwise,

HOT & SOUR SOUP
Ingredients
2 tbsp Oil (तेल)
2-3 cloves Garlic – chopped (लहसुन)
1 inch Ginger – chopped (अदरक)
3-4 Mushroom – sliced (मशरूम)
½ medium Cabbage – chopped (पत्ता गोभी)
10-12 French Beans – cut in diamond shape (फ्रेंच बींस)
1 medium Carrot – chopped (गाजर)
1 Green Chilli – chopped (हरी मिर्च)
2-3 stalk Celery – chopped (सेलरी)
Water (पानी)
2 tbsp Coriander Stems – chopped (धनिया की डंठल)
2 tbsp Soya Sauce (सोया सॉस)
2 tsp Red Chilli Sauce (रेड चिली सॉस)
1 tbsp Vinegar (सिरका)
½ tsp Sugar (चीनी)
For Corn-starch Slurry
2 tbsp Corn-starch (कॉर्न स्टार्च)
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
Water (पानी)
For Chilli Oil
2 Star Anise (चक्र फूल)
2 dry Red Chillies (सूखी लाल मिर्च)
½ cup Oil (तेल)
½ tsp Degi Red Chilli Powder (देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
For Garnish
Chopped Spring Onion (प्याज़ पत्ता)
½ tsp Chilli Oil (चिली ऑइल)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ता)
Process
In a pot add oil, garlic, ginger, mushroom and saute for 2 minutes.
Now add cabbage, carrot, french beans, green chillies and saute for a minute.
Add celery and water, bring it to a boil and add coriander stems mix once.
Now add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, sugar and mix everything properly, turn the heat to low and add corn-starch slurry, mix it properly.
Cook it until it’s semi thick (but not too thick).
Serving hot in a soup bowl and garnish with spring onion, chilli oil, coriander leaves.
For Chilli Oil
In a small pan add star anise, dry red chillies, oil and degi red chilli powder heat it properly for 3-4 minutes.( Do not burn the chilli).
Let it cool down properly and keep aside for further use.

Marination
Chicken- 250 grms (cut into long and thin pieces
ginger garlic paste-1/2TBSP
Black pepper powder-1/2TSP
Salt -1 TBSP
Garlic powder-1/4 TSP
Corn flour -1/4 cup
Egg -1
Mix all the ingredients At least for 30 minutes.
Oil - for deep fry
Now deep fry the Marinated chicken pieces till light brown.
Keep it aside
Now add,
Oil- 3TBSP
Garlic mince -1 TBSP
Capsicum-1/2 Cup
Curry leaves-handful
Turmeric-1/2 TSP
Red chilli powder-1/2TBSP
Corriander power-1TSP
Soya sauce-1TSP
Curd-1/2 Cup(room temperature)
Red color-a pinch(optional)
