Scallops cooked in a Garlic and Honey Butter Sauce is another wonderful scallop recipe from my Filipino cooking channel, its a very easy scallop recipe to cook yet delicious.
In France this is known as a recette coquille Saint Jacques and around the world, scallops are known as; 扇贝 , 가리비, หอยสแกลลอบ, vieiras, scaloppine, jakobsmuscheln and 帆立貝
I show you How to Cook Scallops in just 10 minutes to create a wonderful dish to enjoy. This garlic honey butter Scallop recipe is wonderful served with rice or bread to soak up that wonderful sauce.
This is a very quick and easy scallop recipe and the ingredients for my Scallops recipe are:
400g Scallops
6 gloves of garlic
6 tbsp honey
6 tbsp butter
2 red chilli peppers
2 tbsp cooking oil
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper

How to Make Honey Sriracha Scallops | The Best Grilled Scallops | Amazing Scallops I Easy Scallops
One of the best ways to celebrate a great summer is with some fresh scallops. Tender, juicy and a great all around protein. When we do it, we don't just dress 'em up, we give them a microphone and let 'em sing! Every great summer spread should include scallops. They're great in a pan, and on a grill, too. What about grilling them in a pan, with some smooth honey and spicy Sriracha? We turn the volume up, and you will too. Throw on some tunes, and throw a pan on your grill. This aren't elevated scallops, with a little violin... These are scallops that break out an electric guitar and shred into the atmosphere. Rock and Roll on your speakers, rock and roll on your grill, and rock and roll for your summer. We made this on a variation from some stuff we found in the Weber guide to grilling and a lot of experimentation!

Ingredients -
-1 lb. scallops (we're using 1.5 lbs)
-3 dashes ground black pepper
-2 tablespoons honey
-2 teaspoons Sriracha
-1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Directions -
-Season the scallops lightly with black pepper
-Make the Honey Sriracha Sauce by mixing the honey, Sriracha, apple cider vinegar and salt together. Stir to combine well
-Heat the olive oil in your pan on the grill until hot, just before it starts smoking
-Add in the scallops, with some space in between, and grill for around 3 minutes (until there is a light crust on the bottom)
-Pour half of the sauce over the scallops, then flip
-Flip over the scallops, and pour the rest of the sauce onto the scallops
-Top with chopped parsley
-After 3 minutes, and a good crust on the other side, take them off the grill and plate them
-Pour over some of the sauce, let cool for a few minutes, and get rockin'
Bonus Tip - You can make these on a pan on your stovetop, too. Another thing to remember is this honey Sriracha sauce can be used on chicken wings, grilled chicken, veggies or anything you're looking to turn up the volume on.
