Ingredients:
Lamb chops
Green asparagus
Bourbon
Sauce:
Honey - 60 ml
Apple cider vinegar - 30 ml
Worcester sauce - 1 tablespoon
Lime juice - 1 lime
Mustard - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 2 pinches
Black pepper to taste
How To:
- Start up your barbecue and set it to grill
- Mix the ingredients for the sauce and place it on the grill to mix it up
- Grill the lamb chops and the asparagus while brushing on the sauce. Spray on some bourbon while at it.
- Let the lamb chops rest when they are done and enjoy
