???? FLUFFY CHALLAH DOUGH
THE DOUGH:
-4 cups flour (I used white spelt)
-1.5 tbsp honey or maple syrup / date honey
- 1 cup water (around this amount, depending on the flour. This should be a sturdy dough (not wet) after kneading or mixing (like soft playdough) so you might need to ass more water or flour as needed.
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 lemon of a lemon juice (or 1 tsp vinegar)
DIRECTIONS:
-Mix until Dough Is combined or used Stand mixer
(the more you knead or mix the fluffier it'll be)
-Let is Rise for 1 hour
-Braid into challah or rolls and rise for 45 mins
BAKE for Around 20 mins at 350f 190c

Recipe of the Day | Hamentashen
Chanala Rubenfeld of Salads 2 Your Door shares a traditional Purim recipe.
Hamentashen
Ingredients
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 tbspn orange juice
3 tspn vanilla extract
2 tspn baking powder
4 cups flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray cookie sheets. Beat eggs and sugar. Add the orange juice, vanilla extract and oil. Add remaining ingredients, and mix well until dough forms. Divide into four parts. Proceed to assemble.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow hamentashen to cool for 1 minute on the cookie sheet before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
Fillings: fruit preserves, chocolate filling, poppyseed filling
Toppings: sprinkles, chocolate chips, nuts

Well first of all use my recipe (it’s the best), then move your dough often so it doesn’t stick as you roll (you don’t need flour!), then pinch pinch and more pinching to make the triangle shape and finally refrigerate before you bake! INGREDIENTS
* 2/3 cup butter
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 1 egg
* 1 tsp. vanilla
* 1 tsp. lemon zest
* 1 tsp. baking powder
* pinch salt
* 2 cups (+extra for rolling out dough) flour
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 375 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cream butter and sugar about 1 minute.
3. Add egg, vanilla and the zest of a half a lemon and mix for another minute.
4. In a separate bowl, combine baking powder, salt, and 2 cups of the flour.
5. Combine the dry and wet ingredients.
6. Gather dough into a flat disk, use extra flour on your hands to make sure the dough is not sticky. Cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate 30-45 minutes.
7. Sprinkle working surface with flour, and roll out dough to 1/8-inch thick.
8. Use a circle cookie cutter (about 2-3 inch. in size) to cut circles in the dough.
9. Lift each circle off the surface and place on baking sheet.
10. Drop about a tsp. of filling onto each circle.
11. Pinch the circle into a three cornered triangle. Use water on your fingertips if the dough isn’t sticking.
12. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees, until the edges just start to brown.
