How To make Ham Stromboli
1 can (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough
1 Tablespoon prepared mustard
1/2 pound thinly sliced deli ham
1 package (3 1/2 oz.) sliced pepperoni
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
2 cups shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 425. Unroll pizza dough on greased jelly-roll pan; pat dough into 12 inch square. Spread mustard over dough within 1/2 inch of edges. Layer ham slices down center, leaving 3 inch border on either side and 1/2 inch border at top and bottom. Top ham with pepperoni. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and cheese. Fold sides of dough over filling, pinching center seam, top and bottom to seal. Bake 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 6 servings.

RECIPE:
• 300 g (1 cups + ¼ cup) of flour
• 180 g (2/3 cup) of boiled and mashed potatoes
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp of sugar
• 2 tsp of salt
• 50 g (1/4 cup) butter (softened)
• 4 g (1 tsp + ½ tsp) of active dry yeast
• 200 g (6 – 8 slices) of cooked chicken or turkey slices (or cooked ham or mortadella)
• 200 g (6 – 8 slices) of scamorza or provolone cheese (or mozzarella)
To Brush:
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tbsp of milk
Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C (355°F) for 30 minutes

* INGREDIENTS *
1 pizza dough
3 Tbsp butter melted
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2 cups shredded mozzarella
Thinly Sliced Deli Ham
Salami
Pepperoni
1 egg beaten
Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
Warm Marinara sauce for dipping
* INSTRUCTIONS *
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Roll pizza dough into a rectangle onto a piece of parchment paper for easy transfer. In a small bowl combine melted 1 Tbsp melted butter and minced garlic. Brush over the top of dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of dough leaving about 1 inch around one of the long edges. Top the cheese with ham. Sprinkle more mozzarella cheese on top of ham. Next, add the pieces of salami and pepperoni. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top of the pepperoni.
- In a small bowl beat the egg with a fork. Use a brush to coat the exposed edge.
Next, roll up the long edge of your Stromboli. Start with the edge that DOES NOT have the egg wash. Roll it tightly so it stays together. Seal the seam, then roll the Stromboli so the seam is facing down on the baking sheet. Tuck the sides together. Transfer to baking sheet.
- In a small bowl combine the remaining 2 Tbsp melted butter, garlic powder, parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Brush the top of the stromboli with butter mixture. Using a sharp knife make shallow diagonal cuts on top of Stromboli every 2 inches.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Remove from oven and let set 5 minutes. Serve with warm marinara sauce and Enjoy!

Ham & Cheese Stromboli!!!!
Very simple and easy meal!!! Roll out one canister of pizza dough on a greased baking dish. Then mix 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, 1 Tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 Tsp of Italian seasoning in a bowl. Then mix the ingredients together and sprinkle half the seasoning onto the pizza dough. Then add a layer of cheese, making sure not to put the cheese completely on the edge. Leave about a 1/2 inch or so. Then layer ham over the cheese, followed by another layer of cheese. Cheese is your choice.
Crack one egg into a bowl and then add a splash of water. Whisk the egg and water together and then brush the egg wash onto the exposed pizza dough. Roll the dough up from one long end to the other. Fold the ends under the roll. Brush the top all over with the egg wash. Then cut slits 2” apart into the dough.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown. Let rest for 10 minutes and enjoy.
