How To make Ham Biscuits
Ingredients
1/3
cup
butter
2
tablespoon
onion, finely grated
4 1/2
tablespoon
poppy seeds
2
teaspoon
dijon mustard
2
teaspoon
worchestershire sause
24
each
small dinner rolls
12
each
baked ham, thin slices
8
oz
swiss cheese, sliced
Directions:
Cut ham slices in half. Cut cheese into strips.
Preheat oven to 325.
Beat butter, onion, poppy seeds, mustard and worchestershire together in small bowl. Split rolls. Spread butter mixture on both cut sides of rolls. Place one piece of ham and 1 slice cheese on bottom half of each roll. Replace tops and place on cookie sheet. Cover loosely with foil and bake 15 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
These freeze very well.

Ham & Cheddar Drop Biscuits are such a quick and easy recipe using simple pantry ingredients you likely already have on hand! These golden biscuits are not only soft and fluffy on the inside but crunchy on the top too! This pantry staple recipe is so super quick, you just might need to whip up a batch right now!
Ham & Cheddar Drop Biscuits:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
4 tsp's baking powder
1/2 cup cold butter (shredded with cheese grater or worked into flour mixture with pastry blender or 2 knives)
1/2 cup diced ham (or crumbled ,cooked bacon or sausage)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup cold buttermilk
...follow directions in video above and bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

INGREDIENTS
* 2 Cups Almond Flour (My favorite brand on Amazon (affiliate link)
* 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
* 1/4 teaspoon Salt
* 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
* 4 Large Eggs
* 1 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese
* 1/4 Cup Melted butter
3/4 cup chopped ham
1/4 chopped fresh parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
* Pre-heat the oven to 400F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
* In a medium sized bowl, combine the almond flour, garlic powder, salt and baking powder. Now mix in the eggs with the cheese, ham, parsley, and melted butter.
* scoop the biscuit mixture into 12 rounds, 2 inches apart. I use a 3 tablespoon cookie scoop.
Bake in the preheated over for 15 minutes
